Love Exceptional Dental. But PLEASE don't change my hygienist on me. Don't switch me to a different one, like you did today. Thanks! Also, I don't like the new Dental Plan with the Registration Fee and monthly charge. Actually I can't stand it. Keep it like it was. I would rather pay once a year. And don't understand why it should cost $50 more a year to do that. But keep up the great dental work!! Thanks, Jocelyn, for another superior cleaning!!

This place is awesome! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but Dr. McInnis and his team really took care of me. I put this appointment off for so long, but I'm so glad I finally went in. Nicole and Rechelle were very nice, and extremely patient! The front desk staff got me straight to the back. I'm overly grateful for the entire team!

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but my experience today, March 15, 2017, was great! I felt no pain. The doctor was very courteous and thorough in his examination... I really like the way each tooth was examined and a solution was discussed as how to take care of each individual problem. I received a detailed printout of every future visit, the cost, and what procedure will be done. The staff was very courteous and the young lady who explained the printout and checked me out had a beautiful personality. Hats Off To You!!!! Thanks

Every time my husband or I go in to have work completed either we have paid and they try to get another payment even though it is paid for , they charged me for procedures that I did not get and will not credit my credit card, they have quoted me two different payments one day and the best is when they called me to schedule to have my crown put in because the crown was ready and I wasn't getting a crown on that tooth. They also have not returned my phone call to straighten everything out. Surprise.

If I could give them more stars I would. The entire staff was welcoming , helpful, and really did put me at ease. They answered all my questions and explained all my options thoughroly.
