Trust me 1 star is far too many...
This place should be shut down due to the unprofessionalism in the front office. The girl that answers the phone, yes I said the girl, cause she acts like a child,is so rude and uncaring about the patients. I was in severe pain while waiting 4 hours in this office. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If u want to be treated as if nothing you say, need or want matter then this is the place for you!

I never left a review for anything before. Horrible. They could care LESS how much pain you are in. Reschedules your appointments last minute due to short staff or other unforeseen reasons. Dentist DID NOT come in to speak with me nor did they take new x-rays of my mouth & problem areas, instead looked at pictures from my last visit in 2021 & was told I had to get it “surgically” removed. (My thing is, how are you looking at 2 year old x-rays & determining what needs to be done? Doesn’t seem accurate to me.) I did extract a tooth with them before, the process after the procedure was extremely painful and unpleasant (I couldn’t feel when they pulled the tooth though which is good) I was returning because they’re the ONLY ones that take my particular insurance but they’ve become very unorganized & unprofessional, definitely not worth it. Oh & be prepared to stand up with nowhere to sit bc it gets packed like a can of sardines.

The receptionist has a nasty attitude out of this world with a child like mindset & definitely isn’t accountable for her own actions. I called to reschedule because I forgot about the appt. Upon trying to reschedule my appointment I told the girl that I didn’t receive a call about the appt. She rudely cuts me off and proceeds to argue me up and down telling me that they did confirmation calls the week before and the week of which was a lie because my appt was Tues Dec 27. The receptionist and I exchanged words as she blamed me for the missed appt because supposedly they called and spoke with me to verify. I SPOKE WITH NO ONE NOR DID THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE. Choosing the ignorant route, the person hangs up in my face while speaking. I proceed to call back, she answers and hangs up for at least 10+ calls straight or sending it straight to the automated system and I have proof. I called from another number and she tells me that I shouldn’t have been rude to her that it’s about respect…if she respected me, she was sure to get the same in return. Talking over me and that disgusting attitude was uncalled for especially hanging up in my face on my first call. She also refused to let me speak to a supervisor stating that she was busy and that I could call another time and to find me another dentist to deal with me. She continuously cut me off even after I took the initiative to apologize even though I’d done nothing wrong. She didn’t offer an apology for her rudeness and that’s fine but I will not tolerate that disrespect from ANYONE.

It was hot and front desk was ghetto and rude and talking about other patients.
This is a mess
I recommend NO ONE going.
Find another dentist!

Dr. Anderson is very thorough and takes his time with providing dental services. I have no pain following my dental procedure.

One star is, too many. My appointment to fix a crown they put in, that has fallen out twice, has been rescheduled twice within 3 months, only to be cancelled and told his office has moved out of town, with no local referrals. This place is terrible, stay away.

I promise those 5 star reviews they have, got to befake!!! This is the worst dentist office ever!! it stanks, its dirty and they don’t care about getting better. It’s so much more I hate this place it need to be shut down. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star

How is it that I’ve been waiting 1-2 months to finally get a root canal, and my appointment is cancelled? Especially after I’ve been told how severe it is (after being X-Rayed). This Doesn’t make any sense. What kind of dentistry is this exactly? And when I explained this to the woman that called me to tell me it was canceled, she had no regard for it, and nothing to say! I’m so utterly upset and disgusted

I left a review on Google about Omega dentistry, I was completely honest about my experience. The office took offense to review and instead trying to fix the problem they canceled my appointment! They left a voicemail saying because of review, they will no longer see me as a patient! The most unprofessional place in the world!
