I went here yesterday with my insurance and they said that my cavity from a filling falling out, could not be filled. I had to go to Dr. Davis in Opelousas and get a regular filling and pay out of pocket. These people are not legit. Dont waste your time either.

0 Stars. No one explains ANYTHING that they are doing to your child! They just take turns scraping (hurting) your childs mouth. The dentist was a joke. He didnt even sit down when working on my child, and was Definately more concerned with flirting with the rest of the staff there. We will NEVER return to that God Awful Place!! Someone from the BBB needs to visit this clinic Asap!! Shut it down Please!

Ms.Kristen was very helpful and very polite she was really good with both my boys. It was my 18 month old first cleaning and she did really well with him and he did not cry. I was informed that my 10-year-old had a cracked tooth and we went back and she fixed it and was really good with him so thanks a lot Ms.Kristen.

Taylor dental had an awesome staff that provided excellent services . Mrs. Joe was totally on top her duties as she had everything all ready to go at check out . Thanks to the Dr. As well as her assistant whom did such an Amazon job ! Everything was 100% . great job you guys .

The staff is really good but the dentist, doctor kencade, Really needs to learn professionalism, customer service, and how to handle and professionally talk even to the parents of the client! I will never come back whenever she is the dentist

Thank you. Mrs. Faith was very welcoming of me and my kids. She talked and helped me stay calm. The doctor was also amazing. You can see they understand how each other work and want things done. This made a very smooth process.

I DO NOT recommend this place for any ortho procedures. My daughter and I had an horrible experience. Still waiting on my refund.

Horrible place!! My husband and I drove from Westlake to Lafayette so our 2 year old could see the dentist when we arrived we sat in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours and when we finally got called back they said we had to reschedule the dentist did not want to see my baby boy because he had a scratch on his face and an ant bite on his hand.
