This place is no good that's why I gave it 1 star. My kids hated this place. Every time my kids had a appointment, my kids would leave crying. They are to rough even when they are doing the x rays they are to rough. I will never ever recommend this dentist to anyone.

My 2 year old had two caps put in her two front teeth nd the outcome was terrible.! Traumatized made me cry. Nd the nurse told me it was nothing to do about it. Compared to her beautiful smile she had. Now she has horse teeth in her month.! They never gave me more options they told me they had to put the capsules on her teeth which I later found out that they did not have to at all they could have pulled her teeth and just let her teeth grow back healthy when she woulda got a little older and if they would have told me that then that would have been my choice.! I would have rather her have no teeth than those big grown up teeth in her mouth.! It’s not even comfortable for her she has been picking at it all day trying to eat and drink it’s difficult having big teeth in the front of your mouth as a 2 year old.! I will mkae them fix what they have messed up and I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone especially not for kids.! Then they used something that made her face break out around her eyes I’m not sure what they could have used back there being that they don’t even let parents go in the back with their babies to see what exactly goes on with their child is sick. But I will get to the bottom of everything this place deserves a 0 rate.!

I usually do not write a review but I have to try to save any parent that I possibly can from this heartache. STAY AWAY from this place. I took my kids here because of location and price. My kids went for a CLEANING and was told we needed additional work bc my 5 and 9 year old has cavities. We went back for the appointment and they were not willing to let me go back with my 5 year old. They wanted me to wait in he lobby while they did work on my 5 year old....NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I left and scheduled an appointment with a pediatric dentist. Went for the kids appointment only to find out my oldest did not have any cavities and needed a cleaning. She had just had just had a cleaning...so I thought, at Taylor Dental less than a month ago. Looking at her mouth it looked liked she had not had a cleaning this year!!!! Meaning I paid Taylor Dental and they did not clean her teeth!!! Of course with no parents allowed back there...there is no way to tell what was done. I am now looking at $1000 of dental work for my littles. Save yourself the time, energy, and money and go somewhere else. Do not let the new paint and name change fool you the quality of this place is less than 1 star.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I'll give them a 1 even though they don't deserve it. Almost every single time I've came here it's been a terrible experience. From terrible pain and them messing up my teeth to unprofessionalism, I've experienced it all. What finally made me done with them was today I went in for an appointment at 11am waited till 12:10pm and still wasn't called. I went ask what was going on and she asked if I signed in. I told her yes and she told me she didn't sign me in. That I would have to come back because they are closed for lunch. I would never reccomend this place to any one!

The dental assistants and doctors are good but one of the recepcionist have a bad attitude every time I visit the office, looks like she is there because she have no choice but to be there, when you asked her something she is mad, and interrupted you without letting you fisnish the sentence, and ask the next patient.

The JTL Family

Had an appointment for 8 in the morning, drove a hour here, to be turned around because I didn’t have a mask, they never told me to make sure I had a mask for the appointment. So I most definitely will not be making another hour drive here🙄

My son had an scheduled appointment, & confirmation, Upon arrival almost an hour early, missing his first two classes, interrupting his perfect attendance, only to be told, the appointment was never scheduled. I was so aggravated, I pulled up my call log and timer, in hopes it would bring some resolve. The receptionist was extremely rude. I informed her, the patients keeps her employed. She informed me, that I could go elsewhere; and she was damn skippy. Rather Private pay or Medical insurance, The Patients keeps this place open, Professionalism is a requirement especially when, I’m paying my money for service. They are so unorganized & rude, I wouldn’t pay for their services with Cracker Jack box prizes.
