I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all! I was nervous as heck going in not knowing what to expect. Had to get a molar pulled. When I say these people have the best chair side manor, I mean the best. I wanted to climb that chair during my procedure but it wasn’t because Dr Lacey Andreotta didn’t do everything in her power to make me comfortable. She is the greatest! She constantly checked to see if I was good. She was very sincere and professional. Even though they are out of network for my insurance I will continue to go there whenever I can. They are a very professional group! They live up to their mission. Thanks Dr Lacey!

Amazing!! They are all so nice and friendly. My daughter usually has horrible anxiety. It takes a lot to get her to put her head back and open her mouth for the dentist but at Southern they made her feel so comfortable and she did absolutely amazing. They tried so hard to get us in when it was convenient for us. Very nurturing, patient, personable, great people. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. They seriously should do you tube videos modeling their customer service skills!

Dr. Lacey and Dr. Vo at Southern Dental, are exceptional dentist. They are very patient and explain everything to you. Their assistants also explain everything that they are doing and make sure you’re comfortable. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. The previous dentist I had really messed up my teeth and Dr Lacey is correcting them. I have never been so relaxed with a dentist. I actually watch movies while they’re working on my teeth.😀

This dentist office is great!! I was referred by a friend and I’m happy she did. I walked in and the checkin process didn’t take more than 10mins. My appointment was for 10:30 and I was called back by 10:40, so not a long wait time at all! Devin and Kelly were great! They were so friendly and personable. I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist, and they put my mind at ease. Dr Vo was great she came and examined my mouth/teeth. She let me immediately know what I needed but she didn’t try to pressure me into spending extra money/up charging. When I had questions she immediately had an answer. They will be my dentist as long as I’m in New Orleans. Great team and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was in between dentists but one visit here I have decided to make them my dentists. Dr. Vo and the staff was so awesome. They treat you like family as soon as you walk in. I’m usually nervous when it comes to dentist visits but they just make you feel at ease. I’m definitely happy with my decision on going here.

This is easily the best Dental office in Westwego. By far! Exceptional service combined with the best dental hygienists & dentists. They even have Netflix so you can watch while they work on your teeth. Highly recommend!
