Took my son, who is on the spectrum, to Dentist of Metairie and we both had an amazing experience. Everyone was pleasantly professional from the front desk to the dentist chair. We were acknowledged and greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was so patient with my son and made sure that he understood everything that was explained. The appointment was not rushed. Dr. Miles took time to explain the dental treatment and gave him opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Miles rephrased, when needed, to make sure he understood. Dr. Miles even made sure I understood everything she did and made sure all of my questions were answered. The front desk staff made sure I understood pricing, insurance coverage, and left no gray areas. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Miles in 6 months.

By the end of reading this you should already be booking your appointment! In the midst of a pandemic, this office has exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and sociable. They made sure I was comfortable during the ENTIRE process. I even had a personal TV to watch while I waited! The staff was sanitary and very attentive during my entire visit. I even heard patients in other rooms receive Grade A care. My dentist was Dr. Miles and she was the best dentist I ever had in all my years living AND she is a Xavier Alumnus!!! This is the place to visit and I’m telling all of my friends to visit so make sure you book your appointments before it’s too late! Lol

Very professional, clean and friendly clinic! There online check in system is very easy and user friendly. The Staff is very warming! I absolutely love that someone comes to discuss payment plans options so you don’t feel pressured or stressed during your Appt. The Dr. also broke everything down to me but reassured me they would be able to tackle the issues. During my filling Appt she made me feel very relaxed and advised me what she was doing every step of the way. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist “Dr. Pham” was respectful and seemed to enjoy what they do. They talk and hold conversation with you like they value your presence rather than just another body in the chair. Everything was completed thoroughly and my mouth felt cleaner when I left.

No one loves going to the dentist but I actually love going to this dental office! I'm having major work done and really don't mind going! Everyone is so friendly and treats you with the utmost respect. Lori, the hygienist, is the best there is and the best cleaning my teeth have received! I'm not young so I've had my fair share of dentist. Dr. Hansen is a fantastic dentist, Lori a fantastic hygienist, Rich, the office manager is very cordial, helpful, friendly and has a great sense of humor!. Sorry girls, I can't remember all your names, but everyone there is just amazing! State of the art equipment, as well. If you are looking for someone new, like I was, don't hesitate. You won't be sorry! I went there on a whim and glad I did!
