The back part is fine. However the front office is very terrible. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s so unfair because the dentist assistant, and dentist is great! However you be in such a bad mood that either they will turn you off and make you do else where or you would just be like oh wow the front office is horrible. The people in the back of the office is great!

I have always had an amazing experience at this place but, just got off the phone with someone named Bree, who was absolutely awful to me when I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter. She was short, rude, and before I could even get done asking questions about my daughter's appointment she rudely hung up on me and I had to call back. This is not the type person that needs to be answering the phone and scheduling appointments. Where has kindness gone? Why be so ugly? Just taking a few more seconds to answer someone's question and end a phone call kindly would make such a huge difference. Just be kind people. Be kind. Treat people how you would like to be treated when you call someone needing help. Did that make you feel better to be nasty? Did that get you out of work early today? Do you feel better about yourself now? I just had questions about my insurance. If only people would think about how they are contributing to the world with their attitude. Your short, rude, interruptions are not making yourself or anyone else happy. Try being nice, kind, and have a smile on your face when you talk ( even on the phone ) and see what a difference it makes in your day. You will be surprised Ms. Bree of Aspen Dental Pecanland Mall, Monroe. SMH.

I have severe dental anxiety. They made me feel relaxed and listened to me and didn’t make me feel bad. It was actual interaction instead of "I know best" attitude. They went over treatment options and I got to decide which way it went. They informed me about everything regarding my treatment and even explained the things that would cost more and how much it would cost. I ended up getting the laughs while they were trying to do something and they laughed along instead of getting exasperated. It's a great place with great people working there!
