This was my first visit to NELA Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I especially liked Gayla the hygienist that spent so much time with me and made sure I was comfortable. (Going to the dentist is not my favorite pastime.) Dr. Costello met with me after the X-rays were completed, and I was impressed at how easy it was to talk with him. I am so glad we chose this dental office after our dentist retired! I already feel at home there.

The staff at Nela are always very friendly and helpful! I went yesterday for a crown. Dr Ryan Rachal was my dentist for that day. Jessica was his assistant. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than these 2 people. They were both very nice and knowledgeable about their work!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Ms Beth, the hygienist, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to be around. She did an excellent job of explaining to me what she was doing and why. Then, as usual, Dr. Costello’s professionalism and friendly conversation was an extremely pleasurable experience. They have a great staff and I have never had anything but pleasant experiences during my visits. If y’all haven’t been to NELA Dental, I highly recommend that y’all try them for your next dental visit. I’m confident y’all won’t be disappointed.
