Unfortunately, my son had a terrible experience. He went to Dr. McGee to have his wisdom teeth out. The medicine that he took to make him loopy never worked. The procedure continued any way. Dr. McGee assured me that he wouldnât remember anything. However, that ended up not being the truth. My son talked about the experience on the way home and later that evening- how he could still feel doc digging under the gum or tooth, the conversation they had like the dr asking him why he was crying... when I walked in after it was over, he was very upset. The dr told me that the medicine makes some emotional, but that wasnât the case. My son sent me a text that said, âit hurt so badâ. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like we were told it would be. My kids and I like Dr McGee; however, after this experience we will have to find a new dentist. He is great for regular work; however, I just canât recommend having wisdom teeth out here.
