I had a very good first visit with 7 o’clock Dental, receiving a check-up exam, x-rays and a cleaning. The front desk staff were very professional, courteous and responsive. Dr. Tripp and the dental assistant were very attentive to my requests, questions and concerns. Both took great care in ensuring that my teeth were thoroughly cleaned, yet with a gentle touch. I appreciated having the option of using the massager on the dental chair and I especially like that they offer a fluoride-free polish option. 7 o’clock Dental also took time to help me identify areas where I need to give more attention and better care. And they were also flexible and understanding of my request to wait on certain treatments.

The experience was very, very pleasant from the moment I stepped through the front door. The reception was friendly, polite and professional. The young ladies working the back area was also even nicer very professional, polite and respectful. Whenever she did something always made me aware of what she was going to do prior to doing it. I was truly afraid of getting my wisdom tooth pulled but after cracking it I had no choice! One of my sisters convinced me to go to Dr. Tripps because she had an amazing experience. I must say the staff and Dr. Tripps helped me ease my fear and I not only got 1 wisdom tooth pulled but 2!!! After the procedure, I never felt any pain, amazingly! The days after was slight healing aches but I was back to normal activity immediately after!
