Camenzuli Dental Excellence

An excellent team works here at Camenzuli Dental and I'm blown away by their efficiency and professionalism. I've been living here in Nola for a few years and unfortunately hadn't made a point to find a dentist till recently. After reviewing their site, I was able to easily book an appointment for a cleaning. They sent reminders by text and even called to confirm too. They also helped with some fillings and were very thorough with what I had to expect after they were done. They even went as far as to check in with me the next day! The payment process was also very easy as they already checked with my insurance to see what I would owe. If you live Uptown and are looking for a regular dentist, then I highly recommend you visit their site and consider going!

Very disappointed in the way my daughters appt was handled. A new patient routine cleaning turned into more than $1000 in services. Would not recommend

I absolutely love everything about Camenzuli dental. Premises are very clean and Covid 19 certified. Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable Doctor and staff. Great Doctor with excellent bed side manner. A member of the staff calls to follow up after any procedure to make sure you’re ok. Great service!

Honestly I have spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs and Camenzuli is the best as far as I am concerned. He is straightforward. He is a true professional. Not to mention he handles a needle very well. The shot is over before you realize.

I went to see Dr. Camenzuli after having experienced a few other unprofessional dental facilities and I have to say Camenzuli Dental Excellence is the best place around. They make it a point to remember your name and treat you as if you've been going there for years.

On the business side this place is a well oiled machine. You can tell everything is so streamlined, for example, when checking in for the first time they have you fill out all the paperwork digitally and it takes 5 minutes instead of having to sit there for 30 minutes messing around with paperwork.

I would recommend Camenzuli Dental Excellence to anyone and everyone!

When I first moved to New Orleans I lived right down the street from the office so it was easy to get my dental care there. For the last two years, I have lived no where near Camenzuli Dental, but continue to drive there every six months because the quality of care is truly excellent! The entire staff is knowledgable and friendly. Dr. Camenzuli maintains a wonderful environment and does great work. I will keep coming back!

Wonderful experience with my cleaning. I visited during the covid pandemic and they took many extra precautions to make me feel safe. The dental hygienist and dentist Robert Camenzuli were extremely personable and had high attention to detail. Instead of making me feel like a another customer they wanted to know more than just my dental history and who I was as a person. I will be returning and I highly recommend.

Dr. Camenzuli has been my dentist for close to 2 years now. I've gone for everything from check-ups, to crowns, to wisdom tooth extraction. He gets 5 stars from me because I always leave with my issue resolved, and with minimal to no pain. I highly recommend making Dr. Camenzuli your dentist, too! The office also has availability in the evenings on certain days of the week, which made it easy to schedule an appointment outside of work hours.

Moved to New Orleans a year ago and have been on the lookout for a dentist. Got a flyer in the mail from Camenzuli and decided to try them since they’re conveniently close to my home. Had a great experience! The staff are friendly and attentive. Street parking easy to find. Waiting room clean and welcoming. Office staff were knowledgeable about my dental plan and efficiently processed the in-plan discounts for what I needed: a new crown and filling a cavity. Camenzuli uses very up to date technology. I’d never had a 360 degree whole mouth x-ray before, but my initial assessment and cleaning included this, which was able to give quite detailed information, for example about the state of old crowns and root canals. The entire process of getting my tooth crowned plus filling a cavity in a difficult location (at the very back of my mouth) was completely painless. Dr. Camenzuli’s assistant gave the wipe-on numbing agent plenty of time to work, so I didn’t even feel the novocaine shot, nor any of the drilling. Also, I had the sense Dr. Camenzuli listened to my concerns and wanted to work within my budget, for example, while his staff suggested replacing some crowns on my front teeth for aesthetic reasons, he was able to check that there was no decay inside those crowns so that new ones were not clinically necessary. Everything was well planned at his office, staff were even quick to bring a pillow to help keep my head comfortable during the procedure. Camenzuli is deft-handed, and the office even provides tinted glasses so the lights don’t bother your eyes!

Fantastic team here! I lucked out picking Dr. Camenzuli when searching for a new dentist. I listened to the great reviews he had at that time, and they did not disappoint. Besides great basic dental care, his team has helped me with with my painful TMJ(R) and, in the process, alleviated my snoring - making my wife a happy customer too. We would recommend Dr. Camenzuli to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and proactive dental care. The SomnoMed sleeping guard is amazing. It has improved not just my sleep, but my wife's as well. While a little pricey, it is well worth it.
