Comfort Smiles Dentistry

I had a great experience with this dentist office yesterday. I’m so glad to have found them! The dentist truly listened to me and Understood what I wanted. The office is bright and cheerful, all the people are super friendly in a real way. Treatment was gentle and considerate. And they take my insurance! After so many rip off experiences I have had here I finally found the BEST.

Had an amazing visit! Staff were so nice and caring, and very accommodating. The dental hygienist or assistant that helped me was great! I've always hated the dentist but she made it very comfortable same as the dentist. Explained what was going on and have different options to go about fixing it.

My whole experience was very comforting. I was made to feel stressed free and welcomed by the Dr. and the dentist assistant so much so that I was finished my procedure and was walking out the door without ever feeling pain. Even when the anesthesia wore of I still felt little to no pain despite being told that I may experience some pain and bleeding for a few days, but I have not. I feel that it was indeed my doctor's experience and care he took in caring for me that made me have such a great experience.

I have had some truly awful dentistry experiences, and with not having seen a dentist since 2019, I was extremely nervous about making an appointment. This is the best dental experiences I have ever had. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind, and it gave the vibe that everyone enjoyed working there and together. Brittany, the dental assistant, and Dr Ken, both talked me through the steps for what they were going to do, so nothing was a surprise. I can't recommend this place enough!

I Really liked everyone at the office however, i had scheduled what I believed was the first appointment (8:00 am) to have my teeth cleaned. I scheduled an early appointment and was clear that I did NOT want to be late for work. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before anyone came in. They assured me that the Dr. would be right in although he was working on two other patients. The Dr. came eventually came in and was very professional however at the end of the day I was 45 minutes late for work. In my book that is just not cool. If it happens again, there will not be a third time.

My daughter needed bridge work after her braces. It was a tough job since the bridge work was in the front of her mouth and the color, shape and size needed to be perfect. Dr. DuBois did an excellent job. I’ve never seen my daughter smile so much.

Excellent, especially the dental tech Brittney. Explained every part of the procedure before it took place, and made me feel very comfortable. By the way, the dentist was also very accommodating and professional. Could have used a heavier dose of novacaine. !!!

Always a pleasure which is unusual for a dentist visit. Dr. DuBois, an amazingly skilled dentist, is kind and gentle and always makes me and my 87 year old mom feel comfortable. He was assisted by Brittany who was wonderful also. I recommend this practice and will continue to make appointments.

A friend of mine gave me an enthusiastic recommendation of Comfort Smiles, so I went in to get an estimate done. Unfortunately, they were not in my HMO network so my insurance wouldn't cover any work. But they gave me a thorough exam anyway. I was impressed with my experience, but my out-of-pocket expense would be more than I could handle at the time. Fast forward. These are the dental professionals that I want use, so I'm committed to making it work. I'm going to call them back today.

Staff was very professional and friendly. The wait time was less than 20 minutes. Very pleased with the cleaning of my teeth.
