Exceptional Dental of Mid-City

I had a business which used to take merchant marines to this place of business in Mid-City and I thought they were pretty good with my clients. I decided to start going there personally because they are listed as in network providers for my insurance. Big mistake. This place cost more than my regular dentist who is out-of-network. I compared the bills to my out-of-network provider to their bills and they charge way more than my regular provider. Took over an hour and a half to just get X-rays and an exam which is uncalled for. Doctor spent most of the time trying to sell me on implants which I have no interest in. Stephanie, the dental assistant was very sweet & I enjoyed speaking with her. I will be going back to my out-of-network provider who happens to never have a wait time and is finished with procedures within 30 to 45 minutes.

Dr. Alice Ho is an outstanding dentist; highly skilled and quite competent. I began seeing her last year after seeing the same dentist for 35 years. I only wish she’d been there then. Heather is a highly skilled dental assistant who is confident and attentive to your needs and sensitivities. Together these ladies make an outstanding team who perform and accomplish terrific work. You can’t go wrong at Exceptional Dental. The name says it all.

Jenn is one of the best dental hygienists I have ever had. She is extremely thorough and very careful and gentle. My teeth look and feel great since my visit. Kenzie was friendly and caring as she took x-rays and prepped for the cleaning. Exceptional Dental always tries to deliver the best service with respect and regard for its patients.

For lack of a better term, I had a bad taste in my mouth for years about seeing the dentist. I've just never had a good experience with my previous dentists and frankly they scared the heck out of me. However, I've had a more than pleasant experience with every person I've come into contact with at Exceptional Dental of Mid-City. They make going to the dentist enjoyable. I've not felt an ounce of pain through any procedure I've had done here. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Toni Le and her assistant Heather are the best dental duo I have ever had the pleasure to meet and have procedures done by. I would recommend this place to anyone, there is no shortage of fantastic service. If your looking for a dentist, look no further this is exactly what you are looking for. If you could, ask for them specifically. but this place has no shortage of good staff. Extraordinary is how I would describe my experience here. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to , never going anywhere else.

Dr. Adragna and Stephanie were so kind, thorough, and efficient, as was every staff member I encountered. They made time for my dental emergency the same day. I never felt judged, rushed, or taken advantage of. Insurance costs and payments were presented to me clearly and timely. Definitely recommend Exceptional Mid-City for anxious patients. They have a new long-term patient out of me!

Kenzie was very accommodating and gentle when taking my x-rays. The process took no more than 3 mins! She also made my son feel very welcomed and comfortable as he accompanied me to my appointment today.

My hygienist Jenn is always so sweet and professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I comfortable and have no pain during my cleaning. Jenn is very thorough and efficient and I always leave feeling very happy with my visit! See you in 6 months!

Dr. Alice is the best dentist I’ve ever had! I used to hate going to the dentist’s office. But since coming to see Dr. Alice, that has changed big time. Dr Alice is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and has great technique. Big props to the entire team from front desk, to assistants, to hygienists. Everyone deserves great praise for the awesome work they do.
