The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist until I can here. Cathy has been my hygienist for the last few years since I first came here for a deep cleaning. Very friendly, careful and precise. I recommend them to everybody. Best dentist office I’ve been to.

The Mid City Exceptional Dental Office is a beautiful and top flight Dental Office in the heart of New Orleans. Not only did they take care of the procedure I came in for, but found and fixed an unrelated issue while they were at it. The dentist who performed the quick fix was none other than the owner. He was completely professional and cordial, you’d never know he’s running one of the highest quality offices in New Orleans and surrounding area. Finally, while the clinical component was great, the overall process from intake, to procedure, to billing all ran smoothly, courteously, and professionally too. The office is obviously managed extremely well. Kudos to the Exceptional Dental staff, clinicians, and managers for a quality dental experience. Special shout outs to Dr. Bourg, Kioka, Lindsay, Rosie, Cathy, and Natalie. You all made me feel like a VIP. Cheers to you all and the rest of the team 🥂

Exceptional is the exact word to describe Dr Alice Ho. As a relative newcomer to New Orleans I had been searching for a dentist who might meet the high standards of my late DDS father. Dr Alice exceeds all expectations. Her expertise, meticulous dental artistry, compassionate chair-side manner and authentic concern for patient well-being is extraordinary... the professional and proficient staff also deserves praise. Dr Alice and her staff also provided excellent emergency dental care for my 91 year old mother during her recent visit to New Orleans.

I had an unexpected need for dental services on the 1st day of vacation in NOLA. It could have been a disaster but instead I was so impressed. I wish I could have this dental practice at home in NY. I called and they had me in 45 minutes later. Did not have my insurance card with me, they found the information. Everyone friendly and professional. The facility is clean, well organized and up to date. So glad I found Exceptional Dental!

I had such a good experience at Exceptional! Before my appointment they really followed up to make sure they had all my insurance information, which was super helpful. Today at my appointment they were super efficient and everyone was so friendly. Great customer service and good recommendations for better brushing and tooth care! And the warm neck pillow was a lovely touch :) Looking forward to my next appointment!

This office definitely lives up to its name. Everyone in this office is kind and helpful, but Dr. Adragna went over and above exceptional. My temporary bridge broke hours before an early flight to Italy. I called the emergency number and he saw myself and another patience at 11pm. He was very concerned my trip would be ruined with missing teeth and wanted to ensure I had a great time. He’s def the best dental experience I’ve ever had,, he also has a very kind and gentle way with his work, and a great sense of humor! Thank you Dr. Adragna!!
