“Exceptional” is right!! I am in town for a conference from DC and began to experience extreme tooth pain on the same tooth I recently had crowned. Not only did they respond to my message for help quickly, but the owner of the practice himself texted me! Exceptional Dental got me into the office right away, diagnosed the issue, came up with a treatment plan and got me all situated to continue with my conference and get home without pain. Delilah the receptionist was outstanding as were Gina, Jamie and Alanda. Kind and welcoming. Understanding. Supportive. Everything you want in a dentists office!! Finally, Dr. Adragna has an excellent “bedside” manner and was real with me throughout the process. This was quite possibly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I wish the practice was in DC. Maybe I’ll fly back down for check ups. : )

I went to Exceptional Dental for an emergency tooth extraction on Saturday morning while I was on vacation in NOLA with my girlfriends. I found them by googling emergency dental and am SO thankful I did. I had a severe tooth infection and tooth abscess from a root canal that failed. I was in a lot of pain when I got there and felt better as soon as I walked in and saw how nice and professional the office was. The front desk was very friendly and helped me fill out the paperwork quickly. I was taken back within 10 minutes to see a dentist. The dental assistant were very sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. They had top of line equipment for everything. The dental surgeon that came in was amazing! He was very experienced and confident but also had incredible bed side manner. I was very emotional from the stress and pain but he made me feel secure and assured me I would be ok. I've had several tooth extractions before, and this one was by far the easiest and least traumatic of them all. The dental assistant even offered to let me squeeze her hand while he gave me the Novocain and I took her up on it. I honestly could not have wished for a better dental experience and exceptional care (and it's the perfect name for the group!). I should also add that I am from the San Francisco Bay Area where we have top of the line medical and dental care. Thank you to Exceptional Dental !

By far one of the best dental visits, I’ve ever had in my life!!!!! From the time I opened the entrance door, to the time I exit. My only complaint had nothing to do with the staff or the office. It was with my insurance not updating my information!!! From Jennifer, Dr. White, Lashae and Kioka, the level of hospitality politeness patients and understanding is Immaculate!!!! I suggest any and everyone to go here!!! I have now found my dental home. Thank you all!!!! 💕💕

Exceptional Dental is by far the best dentist office I’ve been to in my adult life! Let me start by saying everyone is genuinely nice and caring! My first time seeing Dr.Colburn was 2/16 for a routine exam and cleaning. On this visit I was also able to get a tooth that I had recently chipped fix. Dr.Colburn explained how I should care for the tooth over the next few hours. Long story short it chipped again a few days before my engagement photos. On top of having weather issues I was becoming extremely discouraged with something that should be bliss. That’s when I called the dentist office back on short notice to explain what was going on. I then spoke with Latroya who never made me feel like I was being a burden for something that I caused, but made me feel me feel at ease by doing everything she could to squeeze me in for a visit the day before our shoot and also making me laugh by telling me her engagement photoshotos story. Not only did I get the best cleaning that I’ve ever gotten, but I felt extremely comfortable for something that’s very uncomfortable. Thank Dr.Colburn and Latroya! You guys are the chic-fil-a of dentist offices lol.

Friendly staff and nice office, but I wasted $78. They have a new patient introductory offer on their website, which is $78 for xrays, exam, and cleaning. As someone who doesn't live full time in New Orleans, I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned and see what (if any) larger issues I had. I had xrays and exams- everyone was professional, competent, and friendly. I was told that I need more complex cleaning procedure involving numbing and to fill a few cavities- which they did not have availability to do at all the day of my appointment. I was shown how much my procedures would be and told payment options available, but was ultimately sent on my way without receiving any teeth cleaning, either complex or standard cleaning. I do not live full time in New Orleans, and I am able to have these complex procedures done anywhere. However, I chose this office so I could leave New Orleans with clean teeth, regardless of larger issues, and I wish they would have honored their offer, which was xray, exam, and CLEANING.
