I am sure if you have ever had an experience with an open nerve, you know that you are up a creek with a hole in your boat, no paddle, and no ability to even think straight because of the constant overwhelming throbbing pain. My dental emergency couldn’t happen during the week, no of course not- it had to wait until a Holiday weekend and I just knew I was in bad trouble. The ER is just going to treat you like you feel the need to apologize for being there and then send you out the door with a shoulder shrug and a script for some mouthwash, but within five minutes of me leaving a message with The Doc I had an appointment. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I will never go anywhere else, I would even drive cross country if he moved lol. It is such a blessing to have found him, why are you still reading this go call now!!!

Over the years I have never been a fan of going to the dentist... I've seen many dentist's throughout the Shreveport-Bossier area and have never really found one that I liked... Until now! Dr. Stewart is hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to! I went to him a couple years back to test the waters and have seen him ever since. Every one of his staff members are very nice and turn the sometimes feared dental appointment into an enjoyable and positive experience. I always recommend Dr. Stewart to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for a new dentist or just a change for the better, Dr. Stewart is definitely worth visiting.

Our family had our doubts about Dr. Stewart taking over for Dr. Worley. He has won us over, especially my husband who NEVER went to see a dentist. We actually look forward to visiting with the entire staff. From Cindy at the front desk who ensures your insurance is billed correctly and gets you in immediately when you are in pain, Becky our dental hygienist with the most gentle touch, Jane our dental assistant (PV) that makes you giggle like a kid, and of course Dr. Stewart. He takes his time and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout procedures...this is coming from someone who has had five cavities so I have been in his chair often lately. I have one suggestion though, maybe provide a dry erase board so patients can communicate with the staff while the “tent” is being used.
