They continue to schedule appointments, then cancel them because she would still be in her Texas location. Still waiting, it will be almost 2 month waiting till February 9th to get my paid for dentures adjusted to be able to wear them. I am extremely disappointed.

I needed implants and required best bang (quality) for the buck, thus I researched researched researched. I posted on FB for recommendations. I read all Google, Yelp, and FB reviews. I did 5 consults and 5 quotes. I even did the “free” consult with one of the above mentioned that actually surprised me with a $125 consult charge. He was also the most expensive of all 5 places. I looked up where each doctor went to dental school and in some cases found where they ranked in their respective DDS graduating classes! Drum roll... I chose Dr. Monika Kumar on Youree Dr. Her Shreveport office is not fancy and that’s fine with me. I don’t care to pay for fancy overhead. She’s a straight-shooter, not fake, hard worker, excellent skills, very attentive, painless, and graduated top of her DDS class! Her price was tied with my very close 2nd choice, Dr. Simpson at South Shreveport Dental. Dr. Monika has an attentive, personal approach vs. delegating to a bunch of staffers bc she truly cares about quality and patient satisfaction.

Dr. Kumar is the best she aims to please and truly loves making people happy and no pain involved i recommend her to anyone that is looking for a pain free experience and she will go above and beyond for her patients

I went to this office and I was treated very unpleasant with the dentist Monika I am with Vantage insurance company she is link to them I called her to pull some teeth not dentures she told me to come in over the phone because someone had cancel out when I got there she to my insurance card and cad it in for approval I was standing in the office I was turn down for service I was told that she said that Vantage may not pay her she keep making excuses dentist Monika said that she was waiting on approval when she already had it I called Vantage because I was turn down for service and told them what had happened I feel that i was treated very bad I believe that it was a racists issue because it definitely was not my insurance I only wanted a couple of teeth pulled the office is very unorganized nasty it a run down building very small unprofessional
