Was very expensive. I had 3 teeth extracted before I was told how much it would cost. So I have been living without some of my back teeth. It’s hard to eat and been miserable. I’m going to a different place for a better price

We do not have dental insurance so we went to Dr. Park because we heard he would work with us on the bill. Instead both our health care credit cards were maxed out. We were not told we would have to pay for the whole treatment in advance. So after 1 visit each we're changed over 7000 dollars. So even if we don't go back we still have to pay the 7000 dollars.
Other than that he is an excellent dentist with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I guess I'll have to go back since I'm paying for it anyways

UPDATE 10/4/21: We continue to attempt to get April to call us back. We have called just under a dozen times and have sent a detailed email. NO ONE CALLS BACK and NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. NO COMMUNICATION and TERRIBLE WORK PROVIDED. THEY NOW HAVE OUR MONEY AND OUR INSURANCE MONEY AND WE HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR THE WORK DONE TO BE FIXED.
We had the worst experience ever at this dental center. I had 2 chipped teeth "fixed" and in less than 3 hours one fell off and in less than 24 hours the other one fell off. Getting back in to see the dentist again was not an easy task. I asked for a refund and they did not issue one, but did gain over $554 from my insurance and $492 from me. I had to get my dental work done elsewhere and was unable to file with insurance because Smile Dental Center already had. Shoddy work---and they made over 1K on work that was estimated at $890. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Dr. Pery, April, and staff are wonderful!! Dr. Pery and April came in on a Saturday to help me. I have completed switch over from my old dentist to them. Very nice and pleasant environment. April will go out of her way to help you make the most logical decision when it comes to any procedure that your needing. Very grateful to do business with them!!

It was a great experience, the staff was amazing and very nice.
I hate shots , but they did great in helping me stay calm. Had two wisdom teeth removed and it was mostly painless and I'm a big baby when it comes to pain. I'll for sure come back for all my dental problems here.

In the past, I have had horrifying dental experiences, giving me terrible anxiety about having dental work done. The staff at Smile made me feel very comfortable. My concerns were addressed in a respectful manner, and the dentist expressed his concerns equally. I was given very helpful, detailed information regarding my dental health. I was allowed to review x-rays while I was provided with information, and any questions I had were answered fully. The staff's overall concern was helping me, giving me the overall feeling that I am cared about as a person, rather than feeling like a paycheck or a nuisance as some dentist offices have made me feel. I walked in feeling very anxious, like I didn't want to be there, but I left feeling like I can't wait to let them help me feel great about my smile.

The receptionist was so friendly and personable, and the reason for the 3 stars. The dentist not so much. The information he gave me concerning my tooth I’m confident was factual, but his delivery left a lot to be desired. He also tried “educating” me on the way insurance worked, but it felt very condescending. I didn’t feel comfortable, and actually left feeling worse about my tooth then before I came in. I probably will look elsewhere for services.

This place is amazing! I called on a Tuesday and had an appointment made for the next day at 8 a.m. The entire staff was EXTREMELY helpful and came up with a viable solution to my tooth dilemma. Dr. Pary is a great dentist! I would definitely recommend them to anyone especially mothers-to-be for their dental needs. Clean, precise, and efficient!

5 stars!! The staff here made my experience very pleasant! I have been dealing with alot of pain and had a great deal of anxiety because of my teeth. I walked in scared for my life and by the end i wanted to hug everyone of them otw out! I really appreciate how everyone i came into contact with was patient, supportive, professional, and very kind to me!
