My husband and I have been patients here for years. I had to cancel my appointment to have a cavity filled in August. While I have been on a cancelation list for 2 months now, I have never received one single phone call. I have called multiple times about the pain that I am in and nobody really seems to care. We really used to love it here, but their lack of concern has caused us to take our dental records and go elsewhere. Great place for cleanings, but don't expect them to prioritize you if you're having any dental issues that are causing you pain.

Fremaux Dental always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Coming from a person who was terrified of the dentist, and spent years not going because of it. Now I’m a regular with my check ups and enjoy seeing them every time. :) I actually am a little sad it’s only twice a year now.

Have been avoiding the dentist for some time due to anxiety but have to get some repairs and this place is newer (and in network for metlife) so decided to give Fremaux Dental a try. Everyone here from the hygienist to the dentist and all of the other staff were super friendly and made certain that I was comfortable with every step of the process. Everything being done, as well as everything being suggested was explained in detail. Several different treatment options were given and all associated costs (including what insurance will cover, etc) was laid out and I was allowed to decide what will work best for me. The whole experience was quite pleasant and I am looking forward to returning for some additional work! Very highly recommend!

My first visit was not horrible but I panicked. My second visit I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER CARE AND CONCERN. DR. BEARD and her staff went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I have always hated going to dentist I can honestly say this was the first time in my life I left knowing that I had the best care I possibly could have asked for. I am so pleased with the results. Fremaux Dental was excellent. I was worried because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but the staff and Dr. Beard were extremely friendly and explained everything from what they were about to do, what they found, and a go forward plan to help get everything moving in the right direction. I was never a fan of going to the dentist but I would recommend this place to everyone!

Hands down the best dental care experience of my life. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They use state of the art equipment that increases both patient comfort and standard of care. Will definitely be returning even though I live 40 minutes away.
