From the front desk staff to the provider, everyone is exceptional. I spoke with Lexi on the phone and she took her time with me. Megan takes the time I need with multiple questions about my billing to my insurance. Abby assisted Dr Ascher to do my crown and both were so calming and made me feel so safe and assured during the process. They both focused on me the entire time and listened to my needs and wanted to do everything they could to get those needs met. Patty my hygienist is so knowledgeable and explains things so thoroughly and gets into the detail of the "why" something is so important. From phone calls to appts, I have yet to encounter any one staff member that isn't friendly and courteous. Their name really says it all. They are gentle and as a patient they make you feel like you are part of their family. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants the best care for their teeth. Dr. Kwon and his team are absolutely fantastic! From the warm greeting when you walk in the door, to the gentle, person-centered care you receive in the chair, it is clear from their intentional approach to your care that you are more than just another face. They do an excellent job at educating their patients on oral health and ways to improve without making you feel any sort of shame- their goal is your individual health and they are wonderful at praising your progress! My whole family comes here so as a mother, I can speak to how well they do with children as well! When we first started coming, I would sit in the room with my young children while they received their care, but it was not long before my children were made to feel comfortable and confident in being seen alone. The staff are amazing and still keep me informed in all that goes on even when I am not in the room. My family and I have lived in several major cities across the U.S. and this is by far the best dental experience we have ever had. The dentist is no longer a place we dread to go thanks to Dr. Kwon and his amazing team!

Broke a tooth, called Wednesday & they were able to see me the next day. They made the visit very easy & were able to to get my tooth fixed that day. The tech & Dr. were both very friendly & positive! Definitely recommend.

They saw me even though i was a few minutes late during the first snowfall. The dentist was very gentle with measuring my gums and they were able to set me up a cleaning quickly!

My experience with dentists have been less than pleasurable. If it's not the customer-no-service Receptionist, then it's the passive-aggressive Hygienist, then there's the additional $ervice$ that you really-Really-REALLY-need-Dentist.

Going to the dentist has always been a necessary evil, and as the process would wear thin in a few years, I would move on to another service provider.

Then there's these guys, these guys are okay.

I can't communicate how refreshing it is to frequent such a professional office. There isn't a sour grape in the bunch and I can see myself being a patient here for many-many years to come.

If you're resigning yourself to substandard service, for the sake of obliging yourself to take care of your teeth, then you should consider this dentist office.
