This is the most unprofessional and incompetent practice I have ever known. They treat a cleaning like a haircut, instead of healthcare procedure. They just don't care what your home care routine is, or whether you're properly caring for your teeth at home. And Dr. Mazurenko, with no personality, gives you such a quick once-over, also does not care. A dental assistant who says nothing the entire time until "you're all set" does not make me feel cared for. I can't wait to go somewhere else.

I had back to back appointments for me and my 3 1/2 year old and it was such a breeze! Extremely friendly staff, my daughter had so much fun. I was nervous to go to a new dentist after seeing the same dentist in Bangor my whole life but Iām happy I found them.

If you are seeking a new dentist (and support staff) that is (are) kind, soft spoken and gentle, Dental Arts of Biddeford is the place to go. I would recommend patients of all ages to this practice. They are honest and their fees are "usual and customary".
