I had an amazing patient experience! The staff is amazing, and comforting, and so natural at making your experience the best. Starting with Trista at the front desk, greeting you with a friendly smile, and answering all your insurance questions. Then Dr. Billing's assistant, Brooke, continuing the happy patient experience when you get in the chair, and making sure you are comfortable. Dr. Billings Is excellent at making sure all your questions are answered, and your needs are addressed. I left feeling more comfortable and confident in in my home care routine, and have found my forever dental home!

Dr. Billings and her team are incredible. I usually am wary of seeing a dentist due to unsatisfactory experiences in the past. Dr. Billings and Adrianna are excellent at what they do. They explain everything and are personable with their care. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My husband, who isn’t easy to impress, has said great things about Dr. Billings and her team as well.

I was so impressed in my recent experience with Dr. Billings and the staff at the office. They were highly professional, attentive and caring. You won't find another dentist that is more thorough, friendly, or client-focused. Dr. Billings doesn't just swing in the room to just talk business, she asks about you and seems to like to know what her clients interests are. It was weird to think that I had a great time at the dentist after having my first couple of appointments. Dr. Billings seems to have a way of getting clients excited about their dental health, and genuinely cares about the future of their smile. Dr. Billings filled a cavity in my wisdom tooth that was pretty difficult to get to and it ended up being a breeze. I'd recommend Lasting Impressions to anyone!

I called to schedule a filling with my dentist, I have been a previous patient, and was told that before this could happen I needed to get x-rays due to the length of time it had been. I complied and upon the x-rays was told that I needed to first come in for two cleanings before they would do the filling. This was changed, only after I had placed a call requesting that the filling be done first. I asked for information on what work might need to be done and the prices. It took over a week to get that information and upon receiving it noticed the cost had increased by $500 from the original quote. Another quote was sent which was more in line with the original verbal quote. This document did not show the info on one of the dates that had been scheduled. Upon calling the office to clarify, I was told that the Dentist was cancelling my filing scheduled for the next day and requested I find a new dentist. No reason or explanation given. I find this unprofessional.

Absolutely love Dr. Billings and her professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind staff.
The office has state of the art equipment and all procedures are explained before and after; not only to parents but also to our children which I feel is very important. Her bedside manner and genuine and sincerity is like no other! She is a professional who is extremely knowledgeable but as a parent, her kind and supportive way is just as important to us! Honestly she takes time to explain and always more than supportive to each one of us to call with anything at all! She always has exhibited the best interest and care of all four of us. We are so blessed and thankful for each and everyone in her office! Obviously can't say enough-I can say our girls do not dread going to the dentist! Thank you to Dr Billings and her wonderful staff! Can't say enough about Lasting Impressions, from the amenities of heated massaging exam chairs, a flat screen television for my son to watch cartoons during his visit, add to that a dentist like Dr. Billings who truly is great with children and you have one very relaxed child. The whole scenario made for an amazingly smooth dental visit. As for my visit I was nervous as to the fact I had let my dental care lapse for awhile.I knew I had an issue with an old filling that had been redone several times by several different dentists over several years ;I figured it was time for a crown at the minimum. During my initial visit while speaking to Dr. Billings she assured me that replacing the filling was an option and one that she recommended over the added expense and intrusion of crowning. It was pleasantly reassuring to find a dentist who would explain to me what was happening, why it was happening, and happily answering any and all questions. Extremely happy with the results of the work and I am looking forward to a long relationship for my family and myself with this practice.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with anything dental. Very kind, considerate, and understanding staff. This is not your "normal" dental office. As soon as you walk in the office, you feel welcomed and more than just a patient. I actually look forward to my appointments here. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Billings is awesome she is very gentle and explains everything. My dental hygienist is great we always have a good time when I have my teeth cleaned. The girls at the reception desk are very personable. If you are looking for a new dentist you should definitely check out Lasting Impressions.
