Absolutely and highly recommend Dr. Ford! He and his staff are beyond amazing! I had 16 teeth pulled and same day dentures put in. Surgery was fast and literally painless! I felt nothing and they talked me through everything that was happening! The staff were so kind and compassionate. The nurse allowed me to text her as I couldn’t talk well. She called and checked on me and was available for my every need (even just questions). I drove three hours from Corinna and this is where I’ll be going to have my bottom teeth done! Seriously, y’all go here!!!

I would like to thank Dr. Henry Ford, DMD and his wonderful staff at Northern Maine Oral & Facial Surgery for the great care I received while having oral surgery. From start to finish, Dr. Ford, his front office crew, his nurse, his Anesthesiologist, and his surgical assistants provided exceptional knowledge, help and service. I could not have asked for better care as they all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Ford was amazing and thorough in explaining the procedure, what to expect and to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Again, many thanks to you and your staff for the kindness and compassionate treatment. Awesome job!

Just had 4 Impacted Wisdom Teeth removed and the removal of an impacted baby tooth & exposure of the permanent tooth above. Actually a complex surgery in my case but hands down Dr. Ford was amazing. Very good at explaining everything to you and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended. His entire staff (Anesthesiologist, Nurses, Medical Staff & Receptionists) is incredible and will take care of you. The nurse checked in from her personal cell to see if I was okay. The Anesthesiologist made me very comfortable the day of surgery (my first ever time being put under) and then was so kind to check on me the next day.

If there is anything that I didn't care for is they don't bill you. They expect any money you owe up front on the day of surgery. Honestly that made me feel like they care more about the $$$ although I know it isn't their intentions. I think they should reevaluate that. That's why I still went 5 stars.

I have a teen that has very big sensory issues. Heidi, Abby, and Dr Ford himself have gone WAY above and beyond to help in any way they could. Other Dr's have turned away and backed off but not Dr Ford and his staff. They are as real as real can be and tell you like it is(we need more of these type back in today's world). If I could give them a medal I most definitely would. So THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. We appreciate you.

My daughter had some teeth pulled a few months back, and what I witnessed was disappointing and utterly disgusting. My daughter is overweight, first they badgered me about her weight because I gave them a different weight than she actually was, sorry kids grow, anyway while I am waiting for her I could hear his staff making jokes about her weight and the Dr saying,I am glad Northern Light Health is here because I wouldn't administer anesthesiology on this chub.. you should consider taking these conversations in a more private area where the parents can not hear you bad mouthing their child. I will never go here again! And neither will my child!

Dr. Ford was a great doctor. He was polite, professional, humorous, and an overall good physician. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and his work is phenomenal. My mouth feels great. His staff is amazing. I felt welcome there as well as appreciated. 10/10 I recommend this office. If I require work again I'll definitely return to Dr. Ford.

I had all four impacted wisdom teeth taken out, but when I came to I had a really bad panic attack. The two girls in the room stayed with me and tried to calm me down. They were very nice and they were very sweet. When I was in the recovery room everything just went by so smoothly I don’t even remember falling asleep. I have a huge fear of needles, the nurses made putting the IV in very easy and a lot less frightening. I Highly recommend Dr. Ford to anyone. Very sweet, smart and charming man. His office does accept Mainecare health insurance.

Dr. Ford appears to be very professional and highly competent.
I waited 3 months to get an appt., arrived early per instructions and sat in his packed waiting room for 45 minutes.
Apparently he is popular.
Especially, when they tell people his "competition" is out of business.

I was given a thorough set of x-rays and a very professional 15 minutes of consultation of how to proceed for $240 and given a price between 7 and 8 thousand dollars for two implants.
I was told I would be contacted for scheduling once they had my history from a local surgical center.
They could not or would not refer me to anyone to obtain new dentures.

Three months later, his office contacted me about an appt. they had and I should show up with my poor, ill-fitting dentures which I had told them I was not going to use.

Luckily for me I had given up on ever hearing from them again and went to my previous oral surgeon who is rebuilding his practice following a terrible illness. He is NOT "out of business".
HIS office referred me to a dental professional to get new dentures AND is going to do three implants (instead of two) for less than half the cost.

I guess if you have good insurance or lots of money and are willing to wait for service Dr. Ford is a very good choice.
I did/do not have the patience or finances to deal with those limitations however.

Having some teeth out this week and having immediates put in immediately afterwards. I'm really nervous and scared. The staff has been great with answering any questions or concerns I have or what I should expect. I figured I would leave a comment on my experience as of now and try to follow up after the surgery.

Went to have some teeth pulled. He pulled an extra eight more, because he "predicted" they would just be more trouble years down the road. He expressed his disgust that my dentist was trying to repair my teeth from a rare pregnancy illness that eroded away the enamel. Now I have no molars and nothing left in my mouth for bridge work. I can't chew good anymore because I have nothing left to chew with. Ford was condescending and intimidating. After the massive extractions, I was left alone in a closet to recover. I had difficulty regaining consciousness, and nothing to maintain the necessary post op compression, while unconscious. When my mother arrived she found me unattended, in a small dark room that you have to step sideways in, unconscious and difficult to rouse. My jaw was slack and blood and saliva all over my face, neck, and shirt.
