Shaun Janvier, D.M.D., Implant Cosmetic Family Dentistry

Clearly this office doesn’t need another 5 star review but there’s always room for more. Shaun and his team go above and beyond in every aspect. I usually dread going to the dentist but they changed that for me for the first time in 20+ years. I left feeling a few steps ahead rather then two steps behind with a plan in place going forward, as well as extremely fair pricing and really just an awesome team and experience overall!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Made an appointment for my husband about 4 months ago, he’s missing his front tooth and needs a new one made. They told me they were booking out to March, but would call me the very next week to see if they could get him in sooner. I never got that call. Fast forward to less than 7 days before his appointment he’s waited nearly half a year for, I get a voicemail from a woman in the office, saying the dentist has had a scheduled training that day, and they never should’ve given us this appointment in the first place. How did it take you FOUR MONTHS to catch this?? I tried to return the call, no answer, so I left a voicemail asking how this happened, asking when the next appointment was, and to please call me back. I didn’t get a call back. So now my poor toothless husband has waited 4+ months for nothing, and will have to make an appointment somewhere else and wait another 4-6 months. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

I’m beyond pleased with my experience at Dr Janvier’s practice!! The staff are amazing 🤩 I began my journey many years ago trying to find the right cosmetic dentist for me, I’d been to several different places trying to get the comfortable, just right feeling. A place where you felt listened to and truly had someone that understood what I was going through and looking for. This place was it☺️ Dr Janvier met with me repeatedly, going over every option possible and working through every step until we reached what was right for me☺️ Everyone there is amazing, Kara is one of the most down to earth, funny and caring people I have ever met and Jenny is such a sweet, kind person that helps tremendously with all the financial stuff, appointments and always makes you smile 😊 Tricia I’ve known for years and could go on and on about how beautiful a person she is. I started my journey with you guys almost one year ago and I’m finally almost there!! I’m so happy with my smile so far and with all of you! My heart is full, thank you all so much! I’ll be seeing you all for a long time to come ☺️

I made my first yearly visit to see Courtney. Courtney is very pleasant and professional. She always takes the time to answer my questions. My teeth always feel so much better and my smile brighter 😊

I booked an appointment online and they noticed that I had some fractured teeth. They called me and advanced my appointment to an earlier date. The visit was comprehensive and I felt very comfortable after talking to Dr. Janvier about the order of things to be done (there’s a lot to be done in my case). I also love that they’ll communicate in any way I prefer. I am very happy with the whole process.

I've had experiences with dentist before that didn't do quality work and as a result was left with broken crowns, gaps and discoloration. Dr. Janvier has been amazing to work with. He's very clear with options, pricing and he pays close attention to my comfort during procedures. He's very meticulous with his work, double and triple checking as he goes. It is wonderful to have a dentist that I have complete confidence in, and my teeth are looking amazing!

Can't say enough about him, his staff and Jenny. They're genuine, thoughtful and caring, and that contributes to an all around great visit.

Shaun has a great practice and an amazing staff. They do a great job in explaining things and perform quality work. I have recommended them often to family and friends.

I'd like to thank the staff and D.M.D.Janvier for their professional services. Had questions about a procedure i was unsure about and I was given available options of how to progress with my dental plan. Recently had my first visit and I can confidently say it was everything I expected and more. From the day I made an appointment with Jenny to the day I finally met her at the reception desk she has been nothing but courteous and professional. When I mentioned changing insurance companies she went out of her way to share with me numerous options she has found to be favorable. And even called me shortly after I left to tell me of one more. :) Britta is awesome! She was very friendly and professional at the same time. Couldn't have asked for better service. Dr. Janvier is the best dentist I've ever met. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about what he will be able to do for my smile. I'm looking forward to my next visit and have already recommended others. To the entire team- Keep up the great work!

Shaun was on time and took the time to fully explain what was going to happen. I was impressed with the sanitary precautions which exist through-out the office. I had two teeth extracted and the pain was minimal. He did a great job of numbing my jaw. Post-op instructions were explained and also in print. The day after the surgery he called to ask how I was doing. I appreciated that personal touch.
Overall, my experience with Shaun and his staff was as good as I had hoped....excellent.
