I've been a patient here for 10 years and it was great for many years. After Dr. Wigand left, it went in and out of different ownership. Today, it feels generic, poor customer service, complete lack of continuity, and they knew nothing of my patient history or had even referenced my background before the appointment. They were unprepared to handle what simple procedure I had scheduled because they hadn't scheduled the 'chair' I needed for the appointment. I'm moving on.
