I had been going to Berger Waddell for 5+ years. The way I was treated by Jean, the dental hygienist, had me switch my family to another practice. I informed the office of all the rude phrases and jabs provided by the usually delightful Jean. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what, but that is no way to speak with your patients.

I tried to go to this place and honestly it’s not worth it based on the fact their staff can’t offer solutions to your paying customers. You call me over and over rescheduled twice after you shut down from getting COVID internally the. I call you to tell you 4pm I was running a little late due to traffic and all you offer is drive there and see what I can do. What a joke. You won’t get my or my family’s business and I will share on every review site I can.
