Front office was respectful of my time. I was in and out in 30 mins and good follow up re appointments. The doctor provided options but wasn’t overly aggressive in recommending treatments

When Dr. Kate told us that the practice was changing hands, we wondered if the new Practice would be just as great professionally, as detail oriented, and as good at making us feel as if we were truly being cared for above and beyond being simply clients. That was how our previous experience had been.
After our family visits, I can say that while we miss Dr. Kate, we absolutely feel that Dr. Puja and her team will be out family dentists for years to come, maintaining the same high quality of great dentistry, the warmth of care, and the overall incredible level of service. Highly recommended on all fronts!!!

Renew 32 is a great family dentist. Our entire family is really happy going there. The office and office staff are super nice. Dr. A is kind and gentle. Even my 13-year-old who hated going to the pediatric dentist doesn't mind going to the dentist now. Absolutely recommend.

My entire family had been going to Dr. Kate for the better part of ten years. Professional, thorough, and extremely honest. For my first visit with the new dentist, I was seen right away but it felt as though she was not interested in the health of my teeth at all. She spent about 5-7 minutes inspecting/lightly cleaning my teeth, then said something along the lines of, "you have no cavities but I'm not gonna sit here and clean all your teeth." A weird remark considering I thought it was well within the bounds of the profession to clean teeth, but all I know about dentists is what I experience going to them, so maybe I am wrong. She then quickly flossed and brushed my teeth and said I was done. On the way out, rather than giving a goodie bag with extremely useful travel-sized tooth care, I received a maroon Mug in a single-use cellophane bag with her contact info on it. (It went straight into the trash) Something you would think would be more appropriate given to prospective patients rather than ones that already go to the practice (but I'm not here to give business advice). My last contact with Renew was 2 emails and a text sent to me to please review my visit, something I declined to do immediately to let myself process the visit to be able to give as honest a review as possible. And here I am, the only reason is to inform prospective clients and people going back to Renew for the first time since Kate left that the practice has changed tremendously, for I think is for the worse.

Dr. Puja was extremely accommodating and very professional handling my dental cleaning and cavity fillings. I found her to be highly intelligent and graceful in her work. I have only trusted Dr. Kate with my dental work for the past 10+ years. I was so impressed by her new successor of her practice. As a dental patient I am very particular and Dr Puja made the whole experience very comfortable-as if she has been my dentist for years. I can easily say she is an outstanding dentist.
