Apparently the hardware that the oral surgeon sent to your office was lost, did your office misplace it?
At any rate I, left my work early to make it to the appointment and without the hardware wasn't able to make the impression for the implant. A wasted trip. The office folks were friendly, though.

Dr. Kate has recently sold her dental practice to Dr. Puja. I was informed promptly and given info about continuing as a patient. I did have a scheduled cleaning after Dr. Kate's departure, so I confirmed that and went in for the service.
The change seems very seamless! Dr. Puja is lovely and very professional. The staff there were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Puja and Renew 32 Cosmetic and Family Dentistry continues to exceed expectations.

I was visiting on a trip and my permanent retainer came off half way and so I asked them if they could either cut it off or glue it back but they refused to do anything. For something that would only take two seconds to fix and they were going to charge me like 300 dollars to fix it. So they said they couldn’t help me so I had to cut my permanent retainer out myself (not to mention I am a minor) Literally a waste of time going.

It's really hard to find a good dentist. I got lucky that Dr. Nematollahi was so close to my job. I'm always in and out in the time given, and if they're ever running a little backed up, they have the courtesy to call and give a heads up. Everyone in the office is very friendly, and it's always a pleasure to visit (at least as pleasurable as a dentist appointment can possibly be). I've recommended her to several friends, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them.
