Conley Family Dentistry

I would not recommend this office to anyone, I truly wouldn't feel right doing that to someone. From the unprofessional practices and procedures I encountered, to the nonchalantness, and negligence of the Dentist his self, who could careless about is dental procedures not being efficient. I came to Conley dentistry as a first time patient for a cleaning and dental check-up. I had so much confidence in this office, happy they took my insurance as an expecting mother, and got CAT FISHED! I had a cavity that I was aware of prior to coming in. After my cleaning the dentist Dr. Conley recommended filling the tooth, I okayed it. (I felt something was off because I'm used to dentist willingly showing and explaining my X-rays) I wish I followed my gut. It's been a complete Nightmare every since. What was a first a small cavity, that never once gave me any pain, was Drilled so deep to the point it pained me. Dr. Conley who first viewed my x-ray and said it was okay to fill, then stated I would need a ROOT CANAL!!!! (completely unnecessary and money hungry)!!! I was then given a temporary clay filling *performed by a young teenage assistant who couldn't tell me ANY information on care for the filling* , how long it would last etc.., and the referred to an Endodontist ( Root canal specialist). The endodontist NEVER answered the phone, not one day out of the week. There was no one I could reach or follow up with at any recommend location by the Conley Office. Weeks went by, my clay filling came out, NERVE COMPLETELY EXPOSED and I was in the WORST possible pain of my life! A tooth pain that was completely unbearable and debilitating, while expecting my first child. I couldn't work, sleep, or barely breath. Even breathing through my nose sent a shooting pain up my jaw. I was Overdosing on Tylenol, and Ibuprofen in tears. All because of Greed, and negligence. When I came back into the office in complete pain, barely able to sit up straight in the waiting room, I was treated like it was nothing. Brushed off. One assistant did inform Dr. Conley that I was in severe pain, and he turned around and said "Yeah cause she has an infection" without even giving me ANY dental x-rays to confirm that! He never once personally looked at my mouth. Let the assistant do it. And prescribed me MOTRIN 800, and Antibiotics. You would think he would've at least numbed my mouth, refilled the open tooth, or gave me medicine before I left. NOOO! He sent me right out the door barely able to stand, one eye completely shut from shooting pains up my jaw, to go pick up a prescription that wouldn't be ready for another hour! PLEASEEEEE RUN! And safe yourself the pain. The hygienist is pretty good. But I wouldn't get any serious work done here. Don't be catfished by fake reviews.

I am one who experiences anxieties when visiting dentists for many different reasons. I am pleased to share that while my anxieties are still at an all time high, the staff at Conley Family Dentist made my experience with them as comfortable as possible. All my questions were answered and the customer service is stellar. Calming environment, great customer service and great professionalism from the whole team. I am pleased to share my search for a dental team is over.

Very good dental clinic. Great dentist with a sense of humor!

At first everything was great. I had a good service. But then, my sister and Mom decided to go to another dentist. Instead of letting my view be altered, I went for my appointment and found that I had three or four cavities from a pleasant hygienist. Then, someone else came in and looked at my x-rays from my last visit and said, IN MY PRESENCE, 'did we miss those from last time?' That comment really freaked me out.

So, I scheduled my upcoming appointments for my fillings but decided to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist that I had used when I was a child. Three cavities? I had 15! Thankfully three bad ones were on my wisdom teeth that could be removed and the others weren't very bad.

And as it turned out, my sister left for that same reason and my mom left because of a cracked tooth. I'm glad I've switched. I'm not sure if Dr. Conley's office didn't see the other cavities or they didn't want to scare me but I need to know stuff like that. And they shouldn't have missed anything from before and definitely shouldn't have said that in my presence.

Great experience every time I have gone there. He is very gentle when working on my teeth and has a pleasant and caring personality. Best general dentist I have ever been to. Regular staff also have great personalities. A-1 in my book!

As a dental coward I am always welcomed and informed as to my Dental status. As a several year patient I am very happy with the services Conley Family Dentistry have provided.
As a senior I have just committed to another round of maintenance.

The dining experience was outstanding! Great food & customer service. The manager Tina and our server Dimitri made sure our first visit was not our last.

I absolutely had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Conley was amazing as well. I highly recommend checking them out!!
