I really like this place. I felt comfortable and heard. I wasn't dismissed or ignored. The dentist was friendly and down to earth. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. Everyone was thorough. It was quick but I didn't feel rushed, and I was almost 10 minutes late. I felt the action plan was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell or sell me anything. Fantastic!

After avoiding the dentist for 5 years, Dr. Lam was able to give me the clean up and advice I needed to take care of my teeth. The site is quite modern and you have control of netflix viewing from the wait room to the dental chair - probably my favorite perk! The staff were very nice and accommodating and I had very little wait time prior to the appointment.

I recently visited this dental practice for the first time and had a great experience. The staff are all very friendly. The hygienist was very nice, explaining the process as she went through the cleaning and was very gentle. The entire office is very clean and has a modern aesthetic (there's even a TV mounted to the ceiling so you can watch Netflix during your cleaning!). I'm very pleased with my experience and will definitely continue with them!

Very disappointed with the service.
I already had X-rays with my previous Dentistry and that I forwarded to Three Creek Dentistry. At the time of root canal doctor took another X-Ray at Three creek Dentistry and assured me not to be billed or charged to the insurance. After couple of months , I received the bill for the same which I not supposed to billed to the insurance and should not be my responsibility.

This is the first dental office I've been to since retiring from the army and the experience was fantastic! The front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Trinh and his assistant, Kendyle, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained every step of the procedure. I felt very at ease and comfortable in the spa-like environment, and the Netflix- ready flat screens on the ceilings made my visit quite a delightful experience! I'd recommend this dental 'family' to anyone!

Great customer service and friendly staff!! I actually like going to the dentist now. The office is modern, clean, and kid friendly. There's tea, coffee, and bottled water. iPads for little kids to play with while they're waiting. You can also pick what you want to watch on Netflix while you're getting your teeth cleaned. The tv is on the ceiling. Nancy, the dental hygienist, was very through all and gentle while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lam and Nancy, the receptionist, were both friendly and nice.

Although they are booked solid for the next three months, the receptionist was kind enough to call me when earlier appointment canceled to schedule me for sooner rather than later. They have an effective but unobtrusive way of dealing with Covid. Nancy did a great job of cleaning, and the dentist took care of what I needed.
