Randala was friendly, professional, and very caring when it comes to patient care. Her smile sends a warm welcome as soon as you walk in. The office is very clean and everyone has a beautiful attitude. The dentists are amazing with the kiddos! Highly recommend

I have a lot of anxieties about going to the dentist and have had issues with dental assistants not wanting to work with me or be patient with me. Susan was amazing. She let me have complete control of placing the X-ray bitlings in my mouth with only her telling me where to place them, after the first X-ray I wasn’t nervous or anxious at all. I’m so excited to finally get the dental work I need after neglecting my teeth for years due to my anxiety.

I came into the office as a new patient with previous dental issues. Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan were absolutely wonderful and thorough in thier explainations and x-rays on my first visit. I am very disappointed with this dentistry office, I strongly do not recommend this place. A few months ago I lost three teeth by the unprofessional doctors who work there. GM Stew apologized to me and gave me 20% off but I stopped all the treatment. Before I leave the office GM personally told me my balance was zero. After the I paid $4500 from my pocket (fixing their problems to another dentist office). Now after 6 months they started sending me the bill. Trying to make money from me. Also all Front Desk ladies very very rude. They are only nice to white customers. They are racist.

Great experience here. First time visit and it was a good one. There was very little wait time to be seen. All of the staff was professional and helpful, especially Dr Stringer and her assistant, Susan. I am happy I found this dentist.

Wish I could give 6 stars. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth by many different doctors but this was the best experience yet. Dr. Stringer was not only extremely knowledgeable but was able to clearly educate me on my issues and tell me what to do/ change. Her assistant Susan was super kind and put me at ease. The hygienist was super gentle/ and I have really sensitive teeth. Highly recommend!! Also- the office is gorgeous as well as clean.

Excellent job done by Dr.Huang and Nurse Katrin from Pearlfection. I trust and recommend PearlFection Dentistry - Frederick Maryland. Only concern was the charge for the work pretty expensive. If they would do some discount that would be great. 👍
