I went to this dental office after a root canal to get my filling replaced,when I got in the back the dentist came and told me that my insurance didn't cover my procedure and told me that the cost was $319.00 but she was only going to charge me $198.00 for it.I paid the money,after the procedure was over I called my insurance company and inquired about the procedure and was informed that my Insurance Company covered the procedure 100%.I went back into the office and informed them that they lied about my insurance company not covering the procedure and I want my money returned.The dentist didn't come out to talk to me about my refund.All I want is my money back.When I returned home I called the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.I just want my refund of $198 and they could have avoided all this drama.A very unsatisfied patient!!!!!Think of how many more people they have done like this!!!!!!!
