First off, the friendliness of the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful: front desk, tech assistants, and Dr. Fatemi himself. A friend had a groupon to this dental office back in 2013 or 2014 and I decided to tag along and made a last minute appointment for a routine dental cleaning. I’ve been a patient of their ever since. Dr. Fatemi makes a clear effort to get to know his patients which is refreshing. I don’t expect him to remember everything, but he tries and it’s appreciated.
They are super professional and I appreciate how Dr. Fatemi and his techs explain what they are doing and why. He is a dentist that makes suggestions and recommendations and NOT sell you things or services you may not need.

Dr Fatemi is a wonderful dentist. I found this practice when I had an emergency after my long time dentist retired. Dr Fatemi took care of the problem immediately and has done excellent work since. He is friendly and kind. He would be an excellent dentist for anyone who has fears or reservations when is come to the dental office. He staff is professional and friendly. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Fatemi for over 12 years or more! He is the best dentist I've ever Known: extremely considerate and the most pain free, astute, thorough, artistic, and swift not sloppy dentist. He keeps expanding his craft and procedural knowledge with classes to better serve his clients, broaden his skills, and is among the few holding a Masters Degree in Dentistry. Dr. Ali has repaired many of my teeth with crowns, implants, overlays, and even a bridge! Sounds like I am falling apart, but no, I'm holding together with his help. He is our family dentist.
His staff is also wonderful and professional. His dental hygienist; Val, is also the best in her field as well. She also helps keep he smiling pretty. I just had another cleaning last week and was seen to day to repair a cracked back molar for a new crown. So glad they are here in SOMD. I most highly recommend that you enlist in their Dental services as well.

My family and I have been coming here for all our dental needs for years. The staff is awesome, Val is genuinely one of my favorite humans and amazing at her job and also education without shaming. Dr. Fatemi is awesome, when he numbs you, you barely feel it. He did everything for my dental implant beautifully. Healed great and now a couple years later its still perfect!

I found Dr. Fatemi and team after moving from New England and needing some emergency and routine dental care. They welcomed me in immediately and the Dr. created my custom care plan that provided me with an achievable approach to restoration of failing crowns and giving me back a beautiful smile. I couldn’t thank them enough for making this happen with a crazy schedule on top of my anxiety. I no longer dread the dentist and highly recommend the whole team.

Hi yes first off I would like to address I was at a dentist office which is a medical facility. As I walk in The front door a dog was in the building walking around in each room and in the waiting area and I’m allergic to dogs. Also I want to address I paid in full on the receipt $3,400 dollars for a crown, root canal with ice sedation that is what was on my receipt. Then as I walk in the receptionist tells me that I can no longer get my crown I paid for unless another $790 dollars was paid that same day. He said that he thought I had a dentist plan with them and he gave me 20% off. Which is a total lie because when I got my root canal and temporary crown put on I was there with my family he hands me the dental plan paperwork and mind you I’m still on clonidine 2 pills and IV sedation he gave me I needed a driver which I had and said make sure Sabrina signs up for our dentist plan so he knew I didn’t have one and then wants to charge me extra and refuse to put my crown on I will make sure I tell friends and family I ended up paying the $790.00 on my CareCredit card and I will NEVER return there EVER again.

I have been a patient for several years, and always have a fantastic experience. Dr. Fatemi is kind and gentle, and I have great confidence, trust and respect for his knowledge and abilities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Simply a wonderful, family owned dental practice.

I had the remnants of a root canal that had gone bad removed and Dr. Fatemi prepared the area for an implant by doing a bone graft. The area is now stitched and healing very well. I had no pain during the operation and took the prescribed pain killers (Motrin) for one day just in case. I have no pain now and have stopped taking them. Dr. Fatemi was extremely conscious of comfort of his patient and he even did his work standing up since I did not feel comfortable being horizontal. I was highly impressed by the level of thorough and understandable explanation of the steps he was taking and confidence and know how that Dr. Fatemi demonstrated. His assistant and the lady in charge of the front desk were very pleasant and professional. I am happy that I made the decision to go from Fairfax, VA to Gaithersbug, MD for this difficult and involved operation. I will see him in about two weeks for a follow up and then in a couple of months for the implant. Looking forward to my next visits.
