Not very accommodating at all. An emergency came up causing me to have to cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance which is typically sufficient. Because I wasn’t aware of said emergency 48 hours in advance, I was billed. Definitely do not plan on returning to this facility.

First time at this practice and what a great experience. They fit me in within a day (although it was just a check up) by calling me from the cancellation list. The front office girls were pleasant, a thorough RDH, and the doctor was very friendly and personable. I’ll be referring my partner who needs a new dentist here soon!! :)

Dr Vo and staff are fantastic. My experience this afternoon was handled in a very professional manner. The office atmosphere makes you feel very comfortable, and you are provided top notch information concerning your dental needs. I highly recommend Dr Vo.

My visit today was a pleasant experience as usual. Upon arrival I was cheerfully greeted . Within minutes to an exam room where I took xrays and had my biannual teeth cleaning. I highly recommend, if in need of professional dental car, you consider Owings mills dentistry. Not only do you receive top rate treatment, the staff is amazing.

I had a combination of very poor dental health, and a fear of dentists. I was convinced to give Dr. Vo a chance, and wow. Over a period of several weeks, I've gone from being ashamed of my teeth and thinking they were a lost-cause to loving my smile.
Dr. Vo is cheerful, pleasant and made everything so easy. She made sure I felt comfortable for every procedure, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was still doing ok. In fact, everyone at the practice from the reception staff, to assistants are upbeat, caring and all-around pleasant to be around. So far, I've had a couple root canals, fillings and crowns, and every procedure was painless, easygoing and the results are unbelievable. And never once was I "shamed" about how poor a condition my teeth were in from anyone.
Their COVID-19 precautions are also first rate. You have your temperature taken at the door and you're asked to use hand-sanitizer upon entering. and there are giant air-purifiers in every room. The waiting area is spread out to maintain good social-distancing, and there's free wi-fi! Although I've never been able to take advantage of that small perk, because I've never been left in the waiting room for more than a few minutes. All of my appointments have started on time.
I live about an hour's drive from the office, but it is definitely worth the 2-hour round trip. My fear of dentists (or at least this particular dentist) is gone, and my smile looks better with every visit. I cannot recommend them enough!

I really love this dental practice. The office is clean, modern and very pretty. Much more importantly, the hygienists are kind & thorough and Dr. Vo is fantastic. I have referred several people and highly recommend seriously considering Owings Mills Dentistry to anyone in the market. Five stars all around in my opinion!

The front office staff, the dental assistant and Dr. Vo are such a joy to work with and learn from! They made my experience with getting two root canals seamless! I am now getting Invisalign, and they have been exceptional with guiding me through the process. I have to also mention that they have the best music selection ever!!!

I recently had a major toothache. My friend recommended this place. I was hesitant at first but she insisted how good they are. Going here was the best decision I ever made. I came in and Dr. Vo told me I need a root canal. I was freaking out because I’m petrified of needles! But somehow she did it and I felt NO PAIN! She is so good and so nice and friendly. I’ve been recommending her to all my friends now. Definitely recommend them!
