I've been going to Dr. Brown for 30+ years now and would never go anywhere else. Sad to see him retiring but Dr. Vo is excellent as well. I was nervous letting someone else do my dental work but she did a great job on my crown. Staff and hygienists are also awesome.

5 plus in my book. I called Sunday evening around 8pm with a SOS of being in pain with a toothache . The phone rang back an hour later . Who calls back on a Sunday ? I was not even a patient yet. Owings Mills dentistry does . I had an appointment the next day . Wow. The office staff was 5 star as well as the back staff. Nice and comforting . I made an appointment to come back the next week . A day later I was in so much pain I called back and they got me in the next day . I had to have the tooth pulled but Dr.Vo was the most gentlest dentist I have ever been too. Thank you staff and 5 star dentist for a job well done .

Customer Service at front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job.
Unfortunally, the dentist assistant in my opinion seemed to be in a rush and I believe they need to take time with every patient.
Other than that, I feel comfortable with the rest of ther service.
The main doctor and owner of the dentistry was very helpul in explaining the procedure I needed it.

Excellent and friendly professional care. As usual. I have been at Ieings Mills Denitistry for 25+ years. When I was looking for a new dentist I got a list from a friend who was an oral surgeon. He gave me 5 names in alpha order. The first name began with an “A”. Dr A. Told me I needed 4 crowns, gum work etc to the time of $6,000! Dr. Brown was second on the list. He said maybe I would need a crown in about a year and my teeth cleaned. So since that day, Dr. Brown has served me well. I saw him today and he is the same consistently good dentist and a pretty nice guy.

Dr Vo is very meticulous and she knows what she is doing. She is very much in charge and I really like it. The practice is much better now since she has taken over. Very professional!
