Dr. Brown and his staff were wonderful. His front desk was efficient and friendly. On the two occassion that I've gone, I've never waited over 2 or 3 minutes for service, also his staff took care of all of my insurance issues and paperwork prior to my arrival. His hygenists were very gentle yet thorough, and both Dr. Brown and Dr. Baron treated me with care and compassion. Every procedure was thoroughly explained to me, and I felt totally relaxed and comfortable while my dental work was performed. I have reccomended Owings Mills Denistry to all my family and friends, because I've never had a more pleasant dentist experience before. Thanks Dr. Brown and Dr. Baron!

I have not been for a long while and have learned he has sold the practice to Dr. Ai Vo. She is excellent as well, and have brought to the practice in-house implant dentistry!!! Dr. Vo gave me an excellent overview of the challenges that I will be facing with my the grinding of my teeth.
Dr. Vo and Nancy did not do what so many dentists and dental practices have done in the past. That is, they were very respectful and ethical, and did not try to convince me that I needed a lot of special services so that they could make a lot of money in work that I really did not need to have done!! Let me tell you, the staff at OMD provide superb service each visit. Before coming to OMD, I endured months of agony from my bleeding and swollen gums. Iris, my dental hygienist, got my gums back on the right track after 2 visits. No more bleeding gums! During my last cleaning visit, Dr. Vo informed me I needed to have root canal treatment. I cringed from the anticipation of pain! I recently went in to have the root canal and Dr. Vo made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed before starting and throughout the procedure. Dr. Vo is extremely professional, skilled and compassionate. I highly recommend OMD!
