Doctors Vo and Brown are great, as are the support staff. Nobody has a good time at the dentist, but everyone there makes it as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Had my initial checkup and cleaning. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work of the dental hygienist. Unfortunately I was blindsided by a whopper of a bill.
I was told that Owings Mills Dentistry stopped taking my insurance (United Concordia) 2 months before my first visit.
The previously sweet staff turned quickly rude, claiming "there was no way that I wasn't told that I'll be paying out of pocket."
They sarcastically said, "I'm sorry that you fell through the cracks, there's nothing that we can do".
I'm very disappointed in how this was handled.
I've now been told twice that the Dr. Stuart Brown would call me about this.
