The dentist and everyone else in the practice are exceptional. The dentist is very talented, the best I've ever had and I'm 75. I just had a crown put in and feels perfect

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, especially if you are seeking cosmetic work and/or Invisalign. Dr. Dhaliwal performed a gingevectomy (that she recommended as part of my Invisalign treatment plan) without taking proper measurements. This has created a need for me to receive an expensive and invasive crown lengthening procedure to even out my gums. I’ve been to 3-4 dentist, orthodontists, and periodontist to review the work and offer a recommendation on how to correct the problems created by dr. Dhaliwal and they all agreed that they would have never made the same recommendations as her.
She also told me that I had periodontal disease and performed a root scaling procedure that insurance never covered because the insurance company determined that I do not have periodontal disease (based on X-rays). I’ve since went to 3 different periodontist to evaluate my gums and they also confirmed that I do not have periodontal disease
Dr Dhaliwal seems to be a novice in dentistry and her work is subpar. She never took full accountability for the irreparable damage that I am left with as a result of her poor work and there has been times when she was dishonest about what was previously discussed. I suggest that you continue your research and look elsewhere. I certainly would if I could turn back the hands of time

I just love Pristine Smiles. I just had three molar implant crowns put in today and they are perfect. And I got a very reasonable price too. I’ve been going there for about four years and highly recommend it. I also had a front tooth implant crown put in a while ago and it is perfect too.

My first visit yesterday was phenomenal. My wife and kids have been going to Pristine Smiles for over a year now and have been raving about how amazing the experience is. Now that I have switched dentists, I see what I have been missing out on! Dr. Dhaliwal is so knowledgeable and caring with each patient, especially children! Her office is neat, clean, organized, and all of the equipment is state of the art. The views from the dental chair from the 10th floor are amazing! Her staff are kind and friendly, and leave you with a positive feeling when leaving the office. I've been to many dentist offices in the past, and this one trumps them all. I highly recommend Pristine Smile!

Very thorough. Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Made an appointment with Dr. Dhaliwal and she was aware of my anxiety and took measure to ensure that the meeting and discussion of procedures would not trigger that anxiety.
Procedures were quick and thorough and my teeth feel healthy again and I have another appointment in 6 months!

Dr. D is the best dentist I have ever had. She explained everything in detail and even took care of my fillings on a short notice. I was traveling out of town and wanted to have my work completed if possible. She has a gentle hand and I did not feel any discomfort at all. I had my first visit with Dr. D yesterday. I have been going to the same dentist since I was a child, but my insurance changed so I had to switch providers. I thought it would be difficult to find another good dentist because I’ve heard some horror stories. I found Dr. D online and read her reviews which seemed pleasant so I gave her a try. I’m glad I did! She was professional, friendly and caring. I had a great experience. The office is cozy and peaceful. She and her staff put me right at ease. I highly recommend her practice for anyone looking for a dentist who is genuinely interested in the well-being of her patients.

I’ve struggled for 10 years trying to find the “perfect” dentist and was ready to give up and go with whoever accepted my insurance. I did some googling and found Dr. D and oh my god the perfect dentist does exist!! I feel so lucky to have found her and I will NEVER leave her practice. She is so kind, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and did I mention she’s kind! I have never looked forward to going to the dentist until now. If I could give her 20 stars after every visit, I would ! I will continue recommending her to everyone I come across! Thank you Dr. D!
