I see that there are very excellent reviews here for the NOW Dental Center. My experience is a bit different. I visited there for a free consultation for snap on dentures. The consultation included free x-rays. The procedure and the cost was explained, but no one told me that I’d be without teeth for almost six months, nor did they mention how awful I’d feel for about 48 hours after the procedures.
The fees for implants are very fair.
The office is clean, the staff are friendly and try to be helpful. The dental assistants are professional and well trained. The dentist was very skilled and worked quickly. There are generally no long waits. There is a flat screen tv in every treatment room, but they are seldom on.
At one point, a healing cap fell off an implant. The office advertises that they see walk ins, so I went to the office promptly without an appointment and was told they couldn’t see me, to come back the next day although it was a 45 minute drive. When I returned the next day, I was seen by the dental assistant who took care of the problem. He told me that he could have seen me the day before, it was the dentist that was busy not him. Apparently the front desk staff didn’t know that he could attend to me. On another occasion, I arrived there and had forgotten my wallet. I was refused service although I had already paid them $9,000 at prior appointments, so again, it was a long wasted trip.
The dentures look good and fill the need. I’m disappointed, that like all dentures, food does get under them and they will never be as comfortable as real teeth.
I have now had the snap on dentures for two years and don’t wear them. I can chew with them but not bite. They feel too big for my mouth, but the worse thing is that they do not stay in place. I had the adjustment locators (tiny nylon inserts) replaced and that worked for about three days then they were loose again. My advise is to not get snap ins at this location.

Been going to them for months. Today I come in and first the vibes was off with the lady with the Mohawk. But I tried to explain I had test done recently before coming in. There door says walk-ins welcomed but she automatically tried to schedule an appointment instead of seeing if they could see me today being as though NO ONE WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM. But either way I found out today they no longer deal with my insurance. How inconvenient.

Now dentistry was a very pleasant experience. They were able to see and help fix my teeth in the same week. I had no pain and I left feeling great about the work they had done.

Great experience, I walked right in with extreme tooth pain and got my extraction same day I even signed up for a discount plan, I'll definitely be back

Great dentist for adults and kids! Quality customer service and the front office will work a payment plan that fits your budget if needed.

I love how clean the facility is. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The dentist isn't always on yur to do list.. but I do enjoy the staff while iam there

I have had a great experience each time I have gone staff is very knowledgeable and the dentist there are very nice and gentle. I will definitely continue to go there

My one year old came for his first appointment and was scared but they took very good care of him and put him at ease.

If your scared of the dentist this is the place to go i didn’t feel a thing when my teeth got pulled and it was broke everybody is very nice and respectful i will be coming back to get two more teeth pulled and some crowns i love it here this my new home dentist !
