I made an appointment with Artistic Family Dentistry after they came highly recommended from a friend. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted with friendly smiles at the front desk. The office was spotless and decorated beautifully. Tony escorted me to the spa like exam room. His calming presence relaxed me even further and he gave me the best dental cleaning EVER! Dr. Bikoi patiently reviewed areas that I needed to focus on to improve my dental health. Dr. Bikoi and Tony thoroughly educated me on my home maintenance program. My experience was outstanding! I felt like I was family from the moment I walked in. I received a comprehensive exam and let me say that this was the best cleaning I have ever had. The room was decorated very spa like and it was very relaxing. I enjoyed the aromatherapy, massage bed and the relaxing music. Dr. Bikoi and her staff are way ahead of the times and an example of what a dental office should be like. It's like you are in Manhattan but in Silver Spring.

Beverly Hills of dentistry! Dr. Bikoi and her staff provided me with yet again another wonderful experience! I had the cleaning of my lifetime, and overall, it was a therapeutic experience. I received clinical guidance about how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Dr. Bikoi and her stellar team did an outstanding job educating me on how to appropriately maintain optimal oral hygiene, which is especially important to me given that I just removed my braces after having worn them for a year and a half. Would highly recommend!! Every cleaning feels like a new stellar experience!!

This is no ordinary dentist office! Expect the ultimate experience with supreme services! To be honest I had not been to the dentist in 3-4 years and was terrified of getting “the works” done. To say it was a BREEZE, is an understatement. When I first entered the lobby I felt immediate comfort with a pianist playing and smile faces at the receptionist desk. I was then met by the friendly hygienist Tony who was very gentle during my cleaning. The room was a “Spa Vibe” with a warm heated bed, relaxing eye pads, soothing music, aromatherapy and a calming view of the sunset before I closed my eyes to receive treatment. Dr. Bikoi reassured me numerous times that my fillings would be painless and she was indeed Correct. My teeth are looking beautiful and she was so patient and efficient! This is a must-visit office! You won’t be disappointed

What an incredible experience! I came in an hour before closing with excruciating pain and received a very friendly welcome. I had been to 3 dentists already so the pain and frustration was getting to me. Dr. Bikoi saw me and alleviated my pain as explained everything as she did it. The atmosphere was so relaxing that my anxiety came all the way down. Tony cleaned my teeth the next day and it was the best experience at the dentist I have ever had. Complete with an eye pillow and soothing music. Well done team!
