I enjoyed my experience here at Artistic Family Dentistry. Right when I walked Jeanne greeted me right away with a big smile and made me feel welcomed. Great customer service! Peaceful and clean. Great staff!

Dr. Bikoi explained everything to me and wants what’s best for your teeth. I got my teeth cleaned by Tony, he was great very professional and did an amazing job! While getting my teeth cleaned, I received treatment as if I was at a spa. They had a blanket with two pillows one for your head and feet, an eye cover, relaxing music, and an air freshener.

Overall, great experience and I would recommend anyone to go here!

Artistic Family Dentistry provide the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities are super clean, modern and comfortable. Feels like a spa. Doctor Bikoi is the best. She took her time and explained everything. Wish I had been going here years ago.

I have had a lower right wisdom tooth that was inclined and built with cavities. I never experienced that kind of pain. As soon that I got to this place which was comfortable, cleaned, with beautiful decorations, with music translating the soft voices of birds in the calm forest, and smooth waves of the sea, and on top of that with very professional and competent personal. They are well equipped as well. I have a dentition built with very long roots and curved inside my gum. If my teeth are improperly removed that the curved edges can be stalled in my gum which the surgery is so delicate.
But Dr Esther de Chantal Bikoi did an amazing job. She extracted my teeth with care and professionalism, proceed month later to a total cleaning. I am free of pain and my dentition has become new. The team is very welcoming and takes time to listen, explain and answer your questions. The follow up after surgery is a well job done which I was extremely happy.

Dr Bikoi is fantastic. All of her staff are helpful and friendly. You can get a hand and foot massage during your cleaning, but it's not just a massage - the whole room is set up like a spa. The atmosphere is very calming, making the experience of getting a cleaning so much better. Dr Bikoi was super helping with the exam, showing me in a mirror any issues I was having and what the problem was. She came up with a treatment plan, explaining how to fix the issues I was having. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Bikoi and Artistic Family Dentistry.

I can not say enough how awesome this dental office is! The whole staff makes you feel like family from the very first encounter. The establishment itself is first class. It is a dental appointment like you have never experienced before. First, the initial room you go to for x-rays has a massage chair. The room where cleanings are performed seems like a 5 star massage room when you first walk in. You lay down on the most comfortable chair while a fragrant eye mask is put on you and there is aromatherapy. Soothing music is played in the background while Dr. Bikoi works her magic. She is by far the most detailed and thorough dentist I have come across. She will take the time to explain everything to you and wants your time there to be as pleasant as possible. I never in a million years would think that I would actually look forward to going to the dentist. I can not wait for my next visit!

I tried this dentist for the first time yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised! Like most people, dentist offices give me extreme anxiety but this place is very relaxing. I was told that pre-COVID-19 they gave feet and hand massages! Can't wait to experience that. But the relaxing music and waterfall pictures displayed on the screen were very calming. Everyone was so polite but also detailed. I had a great conversation with Melanie, at the front desk while I waited. Dr. Bikoi and her Dental Asst. Tony, were very intentional and shared everything with me. I knew exactly what was going on at every moment during my visit. I haven't felt that comfortable in a dentist chair ever. They even give you a mirror to see your teeth as they are detailing work that needs to be done. Overall great experience and I recommend trying Artistic Family Dentistry.

Let's be honest, nobody likes going to the dentist. This experience however has made that 6 month activity a little easier. First, the front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful! Not only could they get me an appointment right away, they did their due diligence by checking my insurance since I explained some issues I had in the past. The office atmosphere and decor is chic relaxation. There are ambient noises and screens with fish and oceans on them. The office is extremely clean! Since it was my first time, they did the whole work up with x-rays in which I was getting a chair massage while they took the x-rays. The dentist came in, she was very personable, reviewed my history and gave me an overview of my next steps. Then I went to a "hygiene"room for my actual cleaning. This hygiene room is AMAZING! The chair is half yoga tale half dentist chair. Your legs are elevated, you have dimmed lighting and they give you an eye pillow to relax. The whole cleaning took maybe 30 minutes, I wasn't really paying attention because I was so relaxed. After, I felt she had done one of the better jobs in cleaning compared to some other dentists I have tried in the DC area. I highly recommend giving this dentist a try!!

Relaxing ambience, kind and friendly staff. Dr. Bikoi explained various things about my teeth to me in terms I could understand. Had to get a filling, but all things considered, most comfortable filling I've ever had! Would recommend to anyone, especially those who are normally scared of the dentist.

This was my first time going to this facility on 2/21/2020. I went at the recommendation of my wife just to get a cleaning. Amazing facility. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bikoi and Dr. Tony was very informative and answered every question that I ask thoroughly. The ambiance was spectacular, when you first walk in you’ll feel like you’re at a spa by the decor and music being played (Very soothing) in every room. The X-ray room had a chair that give you a gentle massage while the tech takes X-rays of your mouth. They cleaned my teeth very well and was consistently checking to see if I was in pain or not. The receptionist, Marleny was super friendly and funny. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied. I have found my new dentist.

I got my regular cleaning done here, and the room I was taken to felt more like a spa than a dentist's clinic! There was relaxing music, it smelt wonderful, and I was given a scented and heated eye mask too! The most relaxing cleaning experience I've ever had. Plus, Dr. Bikoi and the staff are SO lovely and warm. I actually look forward to returning!!
