Wow! Did I just go to the dentist or to a spa? I left with the same deeply relaxed feeling I have after a massage. The dim lighting, soothing music, cozy blanket, weighted face mask, and hot hand towel made the cleaning experience fantastic! Everyone who works there greeted me warmly. The hygienist did a thorough job but was gentle. The dentist is very friendly, encouraging and professional. They even have a massage therapist who comes in some days to give you a hand or feet massage while you get your cleaning. Recommending this place to everyone I know!

I recently had the pleasure of going to Dr. Bikoi's office -- what an amazing experience. The entire staff was extremely friendly, from front desk, to Tony, and ultimately Dr. Bikoi. The atmosphere alone was more than enough to relax you, I'm pretty sure I almost fell asleep during my cleaning. Would definitely recommend this place!

She is very kind and professional with her job. Dr Bikoi greets everyone like her own family. Her hospitality to her visitors makes you feel like home. The staff members in there are super friendly and professional to answer all of your concerned questions! I highly recommend this place! Every time you there, it feels like you entered a spa.

Well, I had my first visit, amazing! The Dentist, the dental hygienist, and the entire staff was great and very welcoming. They explained the process and the issues I have thoroughly and I truly appreciate it. It was great, I’m happy to say I found a dentist!

After years of putting it off I finally removed my wisdom teeth with Dr. Bikoi. The process along with the procedure was painless. They processed my insurance even before I came in and was done before I ever got uncomfortable. I healed quicker than most other peoples said I would, I believe because the procedure was done properly and I was given good instruction on how to keep it clean. Coming to write a review after getting teeth pulled is the best testimony to how impressed I was. Definitely recommend you visit their office.

I move around a lot, and have been to many different dental practices. Never have I had a Dentist explain things in the way Dr. Esther de Chantal Bikoi did, she took time to go over each xray and make sure I understood what was happening. Her practice is warm and bright, all of the staff was helpful and pleasant, and the environment was as relaxing as a dental practice could be. Outstanding overall.

First time coming to this office and I loved the experience. The staff was very friendly and the overall feeling of the office was welcoming, relaxing, and spa like. If going to the dentist makes you nervous I guarantee this office will ease your nerves and everyone will make you feel extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend! The best dental experience I have evet had! I highly recommend to everyone, but especially if you are anxious about going to the dentist. The space is beautiful, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the care is fantastic.

I have been going to Artistic Family Dentistry since November 2018. Before I even set foot into the practice I researched as much as I could about it. I looked into where it was located, it's average reviews, what services they offered & what insurance was accepted (of course!). I loved that it was clear to the consumer/patient that Dr. Bikoi is a LIFE LONG learner who is continuously improving her craft and who is actively engaged with the dental community. So by November I took the plunge.

From the start Dr. Bikoi has been capable, understanding, and helpful. There has never been a time where I have stepped into this practice and not felt valued. Each time I came to the office she greeted me by name. She was honest about what she felt I did well (brushing & following my Invisalign treatment plan) and where I could improve (flossing). The amenities such as the meditative music, massage chairs, calming scenes and the decorations in the practice all made me feel at peace in a DENTIST office! I could tell that a lot of care went into the experience.

After x-rays, cleaning, and fillings Dr. Bikoi explain how my teeth were now AND how they might evolve. She educated me on my current bite and alignment & how it could be improved. I decided to get Invisalign with her endorsement & recommendation.

With her help my bite is better than it has been in years & I am feeling more confident in my smile. It was clear throughout my 10 month Invisalign treatment that she was focused on improving my smile and my dental health. She continued to coach me on how to get the best results from my Invisalign treatment and how to continue to be in good dental health.

I honestly, honestly recommend this dentist office. They genuinely care about their patients, they're not in it for a quick buck. They take pride and care about giving the most innovative care. Dr. Bikoi's staff is obviously valued and together, the office feels like a family that you are visiting. Dr. Bikoi and her staff want to help you reach your dental goals and they are willing to work with you to do that.
