I have been seeing Dr Bikoi since the day she opened. From the very beginning it has been a wonderful experience. The spa-like atmosphere helps you forget you are even at the dentist. The staff has been great and my teeth couldn’t be better. I actually go 4 times a year and because Dr Bikoi does such a great job and it’s super easy. It’s also very convenient right in downtown Silver Spring and only a block from the metro. Highly recommend Dr B and this office.

This was the best dentist experience I have had. The ambience is relaxing, the rooms look like you are in a spa , it makes you totally forget you are in a dentist office! Tony was great with cleaning my teeth and Dr. Bikoi took her time and explained everything about the health of my teeth. I will DEFINITELY be back and recommend everyone I know !

Doctor Bikoi is an excellent dentist. I have issues related to my jaw, and Doctor Bikoi always took great care to accommodate my issues while performing dental work. This new dental office of hers is very well equipped and decorated!

A unique experience. Never have I been so relaxed at a Dentist office. Dr Bikoi is wonderful. In fact, I needed some Novocaine injected and it was the most gentle I have ever experienced. The injection did not even curl my toes!!

I had an appointment scheduled on the first week of March but Marlenie called me today if I am available b'coz one of their clients cancelled an appointment,I was happy to come b'coz it was also my off from work. The staff most especially Dr Bikoi, Jeanne (daughter of Dr Bikoi), Sandra who did my dental X-ray & Sarah was very accomodating. Dr Bikoi was so meticulous (which I noticed that all of her staff too was well trained in doing their designated task) in doing her dental assessment with me & so Tony the dental hygienest who did the cleaning (I will rate them 10/10) b'coz the treatment that I've got today exceeded my expectations. Very commendable staff, Doctor & the ambiance was perfect👍🏻

Doctor E. Chantal Bikoi and her staff are very professional and accommodating of my needs. This dentist is awesome, so gentle and caring. She made me feel incredibly comfortable whenever I visit the clinic. Artistic Family Dentistry of Silver Spring, MD have the state of the art equipment; the massaging chairs, a professional massage reflexologist in place for your feet, the TV screen savers with beaches helps relax you. Dr. Bikoi also have the coolest hands in the industry which made me not scared to go to the dentist anymore. I’m always satisfied and happy of my examinations and treatments at this luxurious Dentistry clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who needs dental care, because I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was referred to Dr. Bilkoi by another doctor. I went in for a consultation and cleaning. The staff at the front desk are friendly and readily assist with questions. Tony, the hygienist, was very nice and consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. He even listened attentively to me ramble about zumba! Dr. Bilkoi was VERY pleasant and professional and explained on findings and recommendations during my consultation. Overall I had a great experience with Dr. Bilkoi and her staff. No complaints.
