I had a crown put on 1 teeth on my top right with the first visit around summer 2020. What I thought was genuine customer service and looking out for my best interest was just a show..... don’t get me wrong, the hygienist and supporting staff were great. But Dr.Bikoi was passive aggressive, rushed and at one point it felt like she would tear my mouth open because she was juggling between so many patients, and had me wait 2 hours in the dental seat (appt was 3pm she finally saw me at 5pm).. and yes I could tell she was juggling too many patients at one time during my last visit to put the crown in. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. Don’t go if you want something done for the price you will pay! I also asked for crowns and a price estimate and after two follows up calls I figured wasn’t with my time. So much for being the go to neighborhood dentist during covid.

Beautiful office. Artistic team provided me a top notch service this morning. From the front desk through the hygienist, Dr. Bikoi, the massage therapist and assistants, the service was not only great but full of passion and care. The atmosphere is so calming and confortable.

What a wonderful place this is totally a different level you don’t even feel like you are at a dentist office, this place is so relaxing and calm the relax music the videos on the big screen TVs- just beautiful also the people here are very helpful and great customer service. for the first time I felt good at a dentist place. I totally recommend it.

First of all very welcoming atmosphere. I was welcome by Jeanne (lovely girl). I got my tooth extracted the process went very well with Dr. Bikoi, she made sure I was comfortable. I love this place very nice workers.

I hate needles and anything that has to do with teeth drilling.Dr. Bikoi was gentle, I didn't feel a thing when she filled my tooth. When she was all done ,she showed me what she filled and the filling she did looked so natural, it didn't look like a filling. I recommend Dr. Bikoi to everyone!!!! She is the best
