Love love love this place!! Called in today last minute for an emergency & they took me in. I got there, checked in, filled out paperwork & was in the seat in less then 5 minutes. The Dentist, the assistant, & the front desk were so friendly I could’ve cried ! Especially after leaving StarBrite in Rockville who tried to charge me $7000 for extra procedures I did not ask for! This place was my saving grace , my tooth was killing me & they showed me so much love ! Today I found my dental “home”, City Place Dental!!! They truly have the patients needs prioritized & provided excellent patient care!

I have been a patient at City Place for YEARS! Susu was the hygienist this time and she was amazing. Very personable, detail oriented and she really did a great job on my cleaning! I'm a coffee drinker and she had her work cut out for her. 😂 As always, Dr. Achiekeh was a delight as well.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience at this dental office. I moved to silver spring about 1 year ago and I found City Place Dental. From all the good reviews I figured I could trust them but each time I have gone it has been very unprofessional . The first time I felt unhappy with their service I thought to still give them a second chance. The second time was worst than the first. I spoke to the Doctor to let him know why i was unsatisfied and he asked me to come by again and he would re do my services and work on what i needed himself. I agreed and gave them a 3rd chance. When i went back the big lady at the front desk was very rude and didnt allow me to even ask a question before i was seen. She quickly said "sit down we know you are here." I was then waiting for up to 45 min and still had not been seen to get the service I was scheduled for. I decided it was best to leave because I didnt have time to wait any longer and I feel like with the good insurance I have i can get better customer service and treatment elsewhere. There are plenty of dental offices around.

Dr. Achikeh is simply the best! There couldn't be a kinder more gentle dentist. All three of my young boys (even my two-year-old) willingly had their teeth cleaned and examined because Dr. Achikeh made the experience fun. The rest of the staff members are so nice and accommodating. Typically I would dread having to take three very active boys to a place like the dentist by myself, but not at City Place Dental. We love everything about our visits!
