5 Stars customers service. City Place Dental staffs are always welcoming. My kids were seen in a timely manner. The Hygienist always make my girls feel comfortable as a result they are always excited to go to the Dentist. Indeed, on several occasions they have squeezed me and my family members into the schedule for emergency care/consultation. Everyone at the practice, from the doctor to the hygienists to the receptionists/schedulers and billing staff, is courteous, kind, and attentive.

Dr. Kingsley Achikeh is an experienced dentist who is courteous and polite to his patients and makes you feel at ease. I had a serious gum infection and tooth ache and when I called around 7: 30 am he added me to the schedule for the 8:30 am slot, the same day. Had a root canal, which was professionally done. Friendly and professional staff too. You will feel welcome here. 5 out of 5 stars.
