Do not waste your money or time with this place. Not with your insurance or with their Groupon deal. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous, and there is no sense of professionalism AT ALL with this place.
I arrived for my 11 AM appointment today at 10:52 AM, completed my paperwork at 10:58 AM and waited until 11:19 AM before someone came out to get me. I asked the receptionist how long I’d have to wait at 11:09AM and she replied “he’ll be out to get you in a moment.” Aside from that, the same receptionist had 3 relatives or friends sitting in the waiting room taking her lunch order, cursing, and making jokes.
I’m assuming the dr is who came out to get me but since he did not identify himself or speak much during my cleaning - I don’t know. The cleaning was rushed, rough, and incomplete. He skipped two teeth while cleaning and only took 2 x-rays on my bicuspids and molars. He kept stopping in the middle of my cleaning to talk to the receptionist, who kept coming by to get impressions approved. Hence how he missed teeth during my cleaning.
Do not visit this office. There are much better options in Silver Spring!

Rude and unprofessional staff, no one answers the phone so you can never get an appointment. Walked in to try and book in person and front desk says I need to call to make an appointment she can’t help, literally a joke of a business. Please don’t waste your time or money.

I bought two coupons on Groupon for me and my husband. My husband got an appointment after trying to reach their office for quite a long time. And I couldn’t even get anyone to pick up their phones to make my appointment. Couldn’t reach them via email, left messages and out in a request for visit in their site. No one ever got back to me. My husband says they did a decent job on his visit so if you could ever REACH them I guess it won’t be a bad clinic to consider. But as for me I had to get a refund and buy another deal from another clinic.

Okay so reaching the office is difficult. However, Dr. King is amazing! He's so professional and knows how to do his job very well. He's the only one I trust with my teeth. He's replaced some old silver fillings with new white fillings and I am beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend him!

Excellent service! The office is conveniently located, they are able to work around your schedule when making an appointment. Dr. King is very professional, attentive, and kind. I have visited his office multiple times and I highly recommend his services over other dentists I’ve been to in the DMV.

Dr.King was nice. Very professional and it’s clear that he has a passion for what he does. His team, however, the WORST. No call backs from voicemails. You get someone on the phone finally, ask a question they don’t know the answer to they tell you we’ll call back before the close of business..it’s now 3 weeks later. It’s unfortunate because I’m new to the area and got my teeth cleaned but will be looking for a regular dentist elsewhere.

I've never seen a medical office that's open but no one ever answers the phone. This is insane and unheard of. Dr King you should really find some employees that want to answer your phone , this is bad for business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
