I had my first visit today. It went really really well! I am so happy to have found a new dental home. The staff there were so friendly and very comforting, they gave me the vibe as if they’ve known me for years!
First visit, I had my x rays completed and was provided a thorough explanation of what was seen, what the next steps are and it gave me great comfort feeling like my teeth were in good hands. The dentist is very knowledgeable and very much into not having to do unnecessary work, if that makes sense. I say that because a lot of dentist will push a whole bunch of information on you and a lot make you pay all this out of pocket but this practice isn’t into it. I like that!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! They deserve it! Dr. Nima Rezaiyan and his team at Spring Dental Associates in Silver Spring are the most caring, supportive and kind dental professionals I have ever used. They are excellent at what they do and are life savers…always available and accessible with any tooth issues, especially emergencies. I have come to them last minute for several very painful tooth issues over the past few years and they drop everything to help assess my issue and get me out of pain ASAP! Even on holidays, weekends or after hours. Sadly, I cannot say that for many other dentists I have used who are always out of the office, on vacation or otherwise.

I had emergency and contacted Dr. Rezaeian office he scheduled me on his day off . Very professional I didn’t feel anything just sat on the chair and he was like we done. Best experience ever .

I am one of many who despise going to
a dental office. Because of this I payed a price of losing my teeth. I shared this with someone at work and was recommended to check this doctor . Stephanie at the front office was very helpful, though I was nervous and went with out my insurance card she was helpful. The x-ray Tec was very gentle and accommodating. The Dr. took his time to explain what he is able to do for me with all the best outcome. Very gentle and caring. I will definitely go back again.

Dr. Rezaiyan and his staff member Stephanie are great! We just moved to Silver Spring and I’m so thankful we found his practice. He is very thorough and efficient with my dental care and he makes it easy to understand what treatments I need. It’s also enjoyable to call and schedule my appointments because his staff are so kind. Plus the office is super clean and there’s never any wait! I highly recommend Spring Dental Associates.
