Like may others, I have been with Dr. Sachs for over 10 years. With many job location changes, I continue to make time to see him for all my dental care. His staff is great and always friendly. I am not the greatest when taking care of my teeth, but Dr. Sachs and his staff work with me to ensure my oral health is good. I would recommend Dr. Sachs for anybody looking for a dentist.

Doctor Sachs' office and staff is the best anywhere. Sue and Sandy are cheerful and friendly and greet everyone by name; Amy is the sweetest dental tech ever and has the softest and gentlest hands. Doctor Sachs is the perfect dentist: concerned, caring, and informed. He lets me know what's going on with my teeth, answers my questions patiently, and makes sure I understand my treatment. His assistant Trish and Dr. Sachs are a great team. I haven't seen another dentist since I retired from the Navy ten years ago. Thanks, Doc!

I would give Dr. Sachs 10 stars if I could. My family and I have been with Dr. Sachs and his staff for 10 years; they are bar none the best dental office you will find anywhere. They are like family to us and they make us feel like family; they take a personal interest and genuinely care about you and your health. They don't make you feel like you're 'just another patient'.
Dr. Sachs utilizes some of the latest technology from X-Rays, oral cancer screenings and dental techniques among others, which makes for a far better dental experience than the 'old days' of dentistry. Dr. Sachs as well as the dental technicians are very knowledgeable, taking the time to talk to you about your exam, and answering any questions you may have. Sue is awesome with the insurance billing and can answer all your questions. You need to come experience it for yourself and see how great going to the dentist can be. Dr Sachs and his staff are fantastic. There's no substitute for being courteous, professional and practicing good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Dr Sachs has been my dentist since 2001, and I plan on being his patient for a long time. His staff is great, and always very patient and friendly. I just had 2 cavities filled a few weeks ago, and they make a very uncomfortable experience as painless and pleasant as possible. I would recommend his office to all my friends and family. He makes sure the job is done right every time. And he knows me and all my kids. Good service like that is hard to find these days. But Dr Sachs and his staff strive to make it happen.

Scheduled for a cleaning. As always a pleasant visit. Was greeted as I walked in the door and was seen for the cleaning ahead of schedule. Amy is a top notch dental hygienist. She always explains everything she is doing and gives friendly tips to make sure I take care of my teeth properly when I am between visits. Dr. Sachs is always friendly and responsive and I never have to wait for him to perform my screening after Amy finishes the cleaning. The office staff is excellent and Sue is impeccable at making sure all paperwork is straight and schedules my next visit to suit my needs. The office is up to date with the latest high tech equipment making x-rays quick and easy. The team is personal and responds to my needs. I highly recommend this team to anyone who wants a pleasant personalized visit as opposed to the "production line" medicine you find at other establishments.

It sounds like a broken record, but you can't deny the truth....Dr. Sachs is a skilled professional who takes the fear and anxiety out of a visit to the dentist! He and his wonderful staff have helped me maintain a healthy smile for many years. Regular cleanings are done so that most of my time with 'the doc' is for a check up!

My family's teeth have been cared for by Dr Sachs and his team since 1994, when we arrived in Southern Maryland. Caring and professional, he and his staff treat us like family. Broken front teeth (teeth v pavement in 5th grade), braces, fillings, regular cleanings and exams, all handled with the latest technology, good humor, and genuine concern for our well-being.
