Dr Park is a wonderful dentist. My family and I have been going to his office for over 5 years. The last time that I was scheduled for an office visit, the dentist was handed my mothers files and information to start the treatment. After realizing they were calling me by my mothers name and date of birth, I told them that was my mothers file. Later, I was handed a letter of confidentiality for my mom. I didn't really think much of it since we all go there but this was such an immense HIPPA VIOLATION. I probably wouldn't have ever left a review but the receptionist doesn't seem to understand the importance of a patient's privacy. They also think it's okay to call my father to confirm my appointment, when I personally gave them my phone number for their records at multiple appointments.
